He gave me the wrong prescription, wouldn't let me do an RX check or just match my old glasses, until I went into the store and told them I'd be returning the glasses with the incorrect prescription. Magically they can match the new glasses to my (perfectly fine) old prescription on the spot. Seems like a racket to me. The ladies at lenscrafters are great, go elsewhere for your exam.

Horrible experience. Had an appt for 12:30, arrived 10 min early. No one at the front desk. I saw a staff member walk by a few times so I asked if I should fill something out, she tells me to fill out the form on the desk. I do that around 12:30. Front desk person comes back from lunch but doesn't say anything to me - talks to her coworker the entire time I sat there. It's 12:50 and I see the doctor leave the office. Then I hear the front desk person say he's going to lunch and won't be back for another 20 minutes. I walk up and ask about that, she said yeah he won't be back for a while but that should be fine because by the time we're done dilating you, he'll see you. At that point it would have been an hour! When I asked if I could reschedule, she acted like it was the biggest inconvenience. Never going here again.

Impossible to obtain medical records...even after multiple follow up attempts and being reassured that the records would be sent after the phone conversation. Disorganized, technical difficulties and hard to reach.
