I had a very disappointing experience at this practice. The staff was unprofessional and appeared disengaged, often on their phones rather than focused on patients. There were issues with my prescription being handled incorrectly, which was extremely concerning. The office management did not demonstrate the level of professionalism I would expect from a medical practice. Overall, the environment did not feel organized or patient-focused.There are several other reputable eye care providers in the area that I would recommend considering instead, such as Simon Eye Associates, LensCrafters, or Eye Consultants.

I took my 5 year old twins here for their very first eye doctor appointment and was very pleased with the whole process. Check-in was quick and simple, the women at the front desk were polite and helpful. The tech who began my kids' appointment was very kind and patient with them as was Dr Rooney. Lee at the glasses counter was very patient as my one daughter went through quite a few frames before selecting one. Will be making an appointment for myself here very soon

Truly the easiest, smoothest experience every time. Service is always prompt and their attention to detail has saved me HUNDREDS of dollars. Ariana took extra time to help me find several frames that fit my fave and helped me narrow down my favorites. She made sure to go over my vision plan/coverage in detail so that I understood it. The amazing staff is what keeps me coming back!

Amazing customer service: I want to give a big shout out to Angela, Charlie, and Billy at Kirkwood highway location in Delaware. These three were closing, door's locked and day over but, then I showed up. No hesitation or I'm sorry we're closed come back tomorrow. They greeted me with a smile and a kind how can we help you? They were very professional and accommodating. I felt like a friend of the family! Thank you so much for your service!! If you are looking for a place where the The customer service is like nowhere else give them a try!!

Jeanie and Lee were so helpful and got me exactly what I needed. She swapped out my glasses after they broke and accommodated me the Best they could. Best service and fast and professional. 10/10 recommend

First time coming here and absolutely adored the staff! Especially Alize, loved her energy, her patience and her ability to explain things I didn't understand all while working with such fast efficiency, wasting no time getting our glasses covered and us out of the door. She was so positive and we look forward to seeing her again!! :)

Second time I've been to this location. They have really friendly staff and get you through quick. Ariana helped me pick out a pair of really nice frames. Get the optomap instead if you don't like getting your eyes dilated!!
