My partner just had their first eye exam ever so they were really nervous before we arrived. Everyone was so friendly and helpful which immediately put them at ease. They thoroughly explained everything and answered all our questions. They even went above and beyond with helping us with our bill and making sure we could afford what we needed. I've been going to another MyEyeDr location for myself for years but I'll be using this one for now on. We would highly recommend this MyEyeDr location on Concord Pike!

I recently visited MyEyeDr on Concord Pike and had an amazing experience. While my vision insurance barely covered anything, Shaniqua went above and beyond to help me find the best possible deal. She was incredibly knowledgeable and has outstanding people skills -- she made me feel welcome and valued throughout the entire process. Dr. Park was also wonderful -- very gracious and empathetic, taking the time to listen to my concerns and make sure I felt comfortable with my exam and options. I left feeling truly cared for. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for great service!

My last trip to MyEyeDr was my first visit to this location and it was a very positive experience. The store itself was clean and parking was alright. Not too many spaces in front of the store, but the lot itself is large, so a spot should always be available. The Dr was kind and understanding. The exam and the fitting went smoothly. Then Ms Shaniqua hooked me up with a very sweet promotion they were running to get me a years worth of contacts for under $50 after a rebate opportunity! It was unbelievable! Then after a week of wearing some trials, I returned to confirm the order and took advantage of another great glasses promotion that sent me home the happy owner of a set of Ray Bans, which I have always wanted but never sure I could afford. Great savings and great service l! I would recommend this branch to anyone looking for friendly service and the possibility of a great deal!!

Dr Mathes was very nice and knowledgeable, the office staff was absolutely fantastic. They helped me weigh my options with insurance, pick out new glasses, and even gave me a free pair of sunglasses! Highly recommend the Concord Pike location.

No long wait time to start appointment. The doctor is very detailed and helps you coordinate care if other doctors are required. The assistants are all very kind and focus on your needs vs upselling. They are also very detailed when it comes to fitting your glasses before and after pickup. Really happy with my glasses especially that they were a week early!

I walked in shortly before closing time with broken frames and replacement frames that I bought online because nobody seems to carry my frames. I was expecting to have to leave them and come back another day. I got a friendly greeting and then Cecilia gladly took the glasses and swapped the lenses in no time even though I did not buy them, or anything, there before. All she asked was for a positive review. I'm am totally impressed with the staff and service at MyEyeDr and will return for future exams and glasses.

Going to this location to get my eyes examined for new glasses was a TOTAL NIGHTMARE.....I had to return to this doctor 3 separate times in order for the prescription to be correct. I would never go to this place again. The office staff was not helpful and the doctor could not get the prescription that I needed. With multiple trips, to and from, Lenscrafters in Christiana...it took me 7 trips to finally get a pair of glasses I could see out of. Lenscrafters finally told me they would not accept any more prescriptions from this business because they had to constantly redo the glasses that I ordered. It was a horrible experience and I would hope that they step up their game and concentrate better on their customers care. It was definitely a very bad decision to go to MYEYEDR on Naaman's and Concord pike....Sloppy work by the staff and also the doctor. They were absolutely incompetent and incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!

I was able to secure a last-minute appointment for an eye exam, and the experience was excellent. Beyond the thorough exam itself, Shaniqua's service truly stood out -- she was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and diligent in processing my order and follow-ups. Her overall demeanor was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend this place.
