This was my first time visiting this location and I have to say the didn't disappoint me. The atmosphere was very welcoming. Special recognition for Mara I told her what I was looking for and each pair of glasses met my expectations. I got 3 pair of glasses, plus Mara advised me the 2nd pair was 40% off and she met my budget. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I definitely recommend this location.

I have been using Simon Eye for many years and every time they make the process very easy from Exam to picking the right frames and lenses. Great experience with a great staff. Dr Tarra Winchell always does a great job.

Facility seems nice, parking is hard to come by and is in the city. Front desk person is not polite or professional or in any means helpful, but the rest of the staff seemed nice. I will not be going back to this specific location.

Multiple times I have come here, received poor quality customer service an have waited over a month for service that takes 2 weeks. The service I receive at other locations is not mirrored here. I was disappointed because I live near here, but will continue to patron at the other locations. Highly disappointed and will not be there again.

Being a Simon Eye customer for almost 10 years I have been to a few locations. The Pennsylvania Avenue store is definitely my favorite by far! The staff are always nice, professional, and quick! They are even patient with my indecisiveness when it comes to choosing the best frames!

Terrific experience here! I've been getting migraines, and Dr. Winchell took such care in examining my eyes, explaining all about eye care, and working with me to find the root of the problem (I needed reading glasses!). Since this was my first pair of glasses, everyone worked to get me the pair that best suited my needs. I recommend this location to anyone needing eye care!

I usually go to the Simon Eye on Concord Pike and have been for several years- they're great. This was first time trying out the Galleria location and it was a poor experience. My technician was nice. However, the doctor- Tarra Winchell was unprofessional. I arrived on time for my appointment and after my initial screening asked for 3 minutes to finish up a work call. Every 30 seconds, Tarra kept coming out attempting to usher me back saying she had somewhere to be and lunch in 30 minutes. She threatened to cancel my appointment so I missed my work call. Once in the room, I felt very rushed. She only spent 5 minutes checking my eyes. The whole experience was impersonal and unprofessional on her behalf. Upon checkout, I asked for a cleaning cloth and spray to clean my glasses, and they didn't even have that. I won't be back to this location.

Lisette and her team were extremely unprofessional. I informed them I was on break from work without any contacts or way to see, because they once again caused my order of contacts to be delayed (this is normal for them and they never have a reason why) and I didn't have any contacts left. She was extremely rude and condescending and wasted my time for over 20 minutes just for her to tell me there was nothing she could do to help. I asked her what I was supposed to do if I have no contacts and the ones I ordered are still in transit? Since she told me I couldn't get any trials from them while I waited. To which she just said well here's my manager give them a call. I've been a client of many years and after her poor excuse of customer service I will be going elsewhere. DO NOT go to this location if customer service it's important to you!!! Lisette, if the trial contacts are coming out of your pocket and you need the money then just say that don't be rude to everyone looking for help!! Lisette told me she was UNWILLING to give me trial contacts even before she checked to see if they were in stock and offered no solution. Lisette you're a terrible excuse of a customer service associate but I hope your days get better and maybe you can be helpful to someone else. I informed her that Fox Run was too far as I was currently at work and I had requested they be sent to the Concord location which she told me would take an additional 2 days but was unwilling to provide me with contacts until mine arrived in Concord. Sue, do better and actually investigate before going off of what your employee says. Will never be back to your location
