Very poor service. They don't seem to care about their patients. I've been waiting for my glasses for over a month. They don't communicate, and when they do, they just make excuses. It shouldn't take a month to make glasses. My script is a standard one and I paid cash, so no insurance was involved. Let's see what other excuses they come up with.

This company is the worst I would never use them again ! My 92 year old mother in Tampa Lakes has been waiting weeks to get her new glasses and when I call them everytime they say tomorrow and it never comes. They don't call and tell us anything , they are very poor at letting you know what is going on . I would give them less than a star !

When searching for an ophthalmologist, this company comes up. THEY DO NOT HAVE AN OFFICE FOR PATIENTS. I left several messages over the last few days, and nobody called me back until yesterday, only to inform me that this mobile eye care ONLY goes to nursing homes. Otherwise, don't waste your time. IF that was clear on their website, I would have never wasted any time. Please have the corporate office correct this.
