The ladies at the front desk are very helpful. The lady that treats you before you see the doctor is very professional. Dr. Craig is great. She takes her time with you and educates you on everything. Robert is great. He knows how to make sure the glasses you chose are the correct ones for you. He is very knowlegable and helpful. This is a great location and they have an incredible selection of great frames.

We were patients here for a few years while living in the area- Dr Yaeckel is outstanding! She is kind and thorough- don't hesitate to support this small business!

I don't typically write reviews, but I had such a positive experience with Dr. Ann Patel that I had to give kudos. I made an appointment due to blurry vision, dryness, etc. Dr. Patel spent a great deal of time with me to address all of my concerns and was SO warm and kind. I left feeling seen, heard, and informed - that doesn't happen too often when I see a provider. Thank you so much!

We used this practice in the past and always had a great experience, with glasses, contacts, and being referred for PRK surgery. When our insurance changed, we were sad to find a different provider. After a recent insurance change, we realized we were able to come back to Dr. Yaeckel, after several years. She continued to provide professional and excellent service, and she is so personable, remembering me after several years had passed. She recalled my pregnancy while I was being seen with her and my previous job. Service like that is exactly why we came back as soon as we could. I would highly recommend this practice.

So I decided to visit this particular optical shop because it was on my providers website. I had gone elsewhere for my exam, so I was there to order my glasses, like the one in the picture on the right. The shop is set up well and very clean. The two receptionists were helpful and pleasant, a far cry from the individual who had to order my glasses, his attitude was very unprofessional. He gave off this attitude as if I was there bothering him and I wasn't spending enough money, so why should he help me. Now I must admit, yes it's my money I'm spending and not his, so I'll spend my money how I see fit. I will be back to purchase glasses there again, you ask why? Well, my copay is a great bargain and I want to hopefully piss off this same individual with my bargain basement purchase. Ain't life grand.

I live in Michigan and I purchased my glasses when in Florida. My lenses got scratched and they were still under warranty and optical. Outfitters sent me a new pair lenses. The best place I've ever been for glasses and eye exam. Always very nice and professional.

I was in Apollo Beach visiting and developed a large floater. I was worried about a detached retina and they saw me as a walkin patient. Dr. Yaeckel did a very thorough exam, reassured me that I did not have detached retina but provided me names and referral to a retinal specialist if I had further problems. She even gave me name of MD in Memphis to see. I was extremely thankful for her quick and quality care. I was very pleased and recommend her highly.
