What a great experience I had with my sons! Nobody ever tried to pressure me. Instead they had so much patience with my boys trying on a gazillion frames. Then they helped get me the best deal possible with some of my purchase under insurance and some out-of-pocket. I think the managers name was Stacey and she went above and beyond. Dr. Yang was very knowledgeable with me and one of my sons Strabismus and elevated pressure issues. I think this was the best eye place experience I've ever had. You definitely have a loyal customer to this store because of the great staff. Thanks so much for making me feel important and like a priority. I'll be back soon.

After a long time I finally found a new eyes office and I am so happy . The doctor is very nice and very knowledgeable and she has been able to help me out with all my questions and concerns about my vision. Very nice place and a lot of frames styles . Stacy was very nice and professional and she did amazing work. It's a great place and I recommend it to everyone t.

Today was my first visit at MyEyeDoctor in Apollo Beach and it was the most pleasant experience I have had in a long time. All the staff was pleasant, friendly and very helpful. The doctor explained the findings in a way that you could understand. They accept most insurances and work with you to keep the prices within your insurance coverage. I highly recommend MyEyeDoctor to anyone looking for a new eye care place.

I must admit, I wasn't expecting a lot from this place after seeing a previous thread saying how terrible the experience was. But I am here to say, PLEASE do not believe everything you hear. I will say that this experience has been one of the best I've had recently with any office in the area. For me to take time to write a review, I can promise it was something that meant a great deal to me. From the minute I walked in the door, to the last step of picking up my daughters glasses (yesterday), I had the best care, the best technicians, and the best service!! Every staff member went above and beyond, and Stacey at the desk was GREAT!! I can not recommend this place enough! The ease, convenience, staff, and service was all much greater than I ever expected! Without a doubt, I will be back for any of our eye care needs!! -Amy S.

I had an eye exam over three weeks ago, and I am still trying to order contacts, as I was given daily trial lenses that were obviously meant not to last long. I have called multiple times to get my prescription corrected, as it was entered in the system as dailies when it should be monthly. The manager continues to tell me they are too busy, they will call me back, and never do. They claim they will update the prescription, and still haven't. It has been over three weeks, and when I call, the manager sounds annoyed and bothered, even though all I want to do is get my prescription corrected so I can order contacts. I love the doctor at this location, but the staff not so much. So, unless you have weeks to receive your eyewear, this is not the place for you.

Dr. Yang and her team are simply wonderful! This was my first visit there, and they were thorough and professional. Dr. Yang is so personable and does everything she can to make you feel comfortable as well as knowledgeable of all of your eye care needs. I'm really thankful that my insurance covered my visit with her, The whole staff is very lovely.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this place is absolutely terrible. Their customer service is non existent. If you call and ask for anything, they make you feel like you are bothering them. They are insanely rude. On top of that, their contact prices are TRIPLE everyone else. I guess I'm stuck driving 30 minutes away for good honest service. I would advise EVERYONE not to trust this place.

Everyone there was very polite and understanding about my questions, and they were very patient when I had trouble picking out my frames. Overall, a 10/10 experience!
