I had the best experience here! From being able to make an appointment on a Saturday to having the most thorough eye exam ever! Everyone I encountered was pleasant and helpful. Debbie, who helped me pick out glasses, took time with me to make sure the glasses felt right and looked good on me. She was honest and did not rush the process. It made going for my eye exam and getting new glasses a pleasant experience!

Jen the assistant manager is great, however when I called to order myself new contacts I was greeted by someone whispering. I immediately was thrown off but need to order contacts so I continue with the call just to be put on hold. I cancel the call & call back to be greeted by someone laughing at me. I don't understand why this whole interaction has to be so unprofessional. Severely disappointed with their service as if they think I'm a joke.

We had a great experience here thanks to Debbie. She helped us pick frames, was very patient and made sure we stayed within our budget. She also worked hard to get us the best possible price. Excellent customer service!

Went in for a little help on a pair of glasses I bought online. Shelly and Jynell was extremely helpful and answered all my questions even though I did not purchase at this place of business. Will definitely check them out next time I need glasses !

Ny'Dia what a sweet girl- made my entire experience such a breeze. Glasses wearer for 25 years and still get a anxious with the process- Ny'Dia was so helpful with directing me to where i would find what i was looking for and making me feel confident in my decisions :)

I'm 54 years old, have been to many eye doctors and eye glass shops throughout my life. This BY FAR has been the worst experience I've had. From the initial price quote being changed, my prescription (which I told the doctor was perfectly fine) being changed to a full power plus in one eye, to the girl at the front desk arguing with me about everything I was telling her. Just a bad experience. Now I'm left waiting for the doctor to change my prescription back to what it was, when I was seeing perfectly fine, while also being told that it's completely his call whether to do it or not. I responded that if it wasn't changed back so I can see, I want a refund. To that I was told they wouldn't refund the doctor's chair time...so, I basically was told that I possibly paid for an eye exam that didn't produce anything I could see out of. Makes sense... If you're a contact wearer who needs anything above a +4.0, they won't have any trials for you. You'll be left waiting. I should have stayed with Dr. Todd Hinshaw, much more thorough, caring and responsive to what you need and tell him.

I had an amazing experience at America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. The front desk staff (I only got Brittany's name but the rest of the team was just as stellar) . They were professional and kind, and the person who did my eye tests was patient and thorough. Dr. Cregan went above and beyond-she truly listened, made me feel heard, and guided me through a serious situation with care and compassion. The entire team made me feel taken care of every step of the way. Clean, caring, knowledgeable, and exceptional service-I'm truly thankful.

We had a great experience at the Bonita Springs location! It was our son's first real eye exam and Crystal did a great job with the exam. Carol and Rachel were very helpful and friendly with picking out frames and explaining benefits with insurance and costs. We really appreciated their help and everyone working there was very professional.
