I, and my husband were going to this office for sometime and from time to time we had problems with my insurance company for mixing charges, copay with products that already payed, charges for optometrist services for eye ware, that my insurance declined. During my last visit I saw a new doctor with a complain that the eye drops I was given for my dry eye ,were not working, she recommended to continue using that product even though this product was recalled only two weeks ago. My symptoms got worse and when I called the office for an appointment they said that the doctor was booked and that I had to wait for sometime and when I insisted she started screaming and hanged up the phone!
Please, stay away !
