Duane Wiggins, M.D.

I was visiting Bonita Springs this week when I needed to see an ophthalmologist eye doctor. I ran across Dr. Wiggins website. I called and they gave me a same day appointment. Unbelievable in this day and age! The first person I met at the front desk was Kim Carvalho, the practice manager, who had a winning smile and greeted me like an old friend. She and the rest of the staff I met were caring, kind and friendly. Next I met Dr. Wiggins. Everything that prior patients said in their reviews were absolutely correct about him. He was friendly and professional. He was not in a hurry. He explained what he was looking for in my eyes, and in the end, he reassured me that the problem would resolve soon. In fact before he left the room, twice more he explained that there was nothing to worry about. I felt so good getting the quick appointment and the whole experience was positive. Thank you all for being so good to your patients!!

Dr Wiggins was very informative with his diagnostic checking of my eye problem. He was recommended to us from 2 patients of his and so far he has my recommendation also. I still have some testing, and surgery to go. and I'm looking forward to good results.
