Absolutely Incredible Experience - Highly Recommend! I had such a wonderful experience at America's Best! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed, cared for, and never rushed. Everyone was genuinely personable, patient, and truly invested in making sure we walked out happy. The doctor was amazing--thorough, kind, and explained everything clearly. The staff helped us find the perfect frames, and the discounts they offered (especially when paired with the eye exam) were honestly unbeatable. Even though they're out of network for VSP, they looked up our benefits instantly, made the process simple, and it ended up being more affordable than other providers we checked. We left feeling extremely satisfied with both the service and the price. I will 1000% recommend this location to anyone needing an eye exam or new glasses. They've definitely earned lifelong customers!

I have always used Americas Best for glasses. I had to get new glasses and I took the time to drive to Brandon do so. I browsed and selected frames which is difficult for me per my eyes. I selected two frames and was ready to start the process. I came to the counter and the lady decided that was the time to let me know that the Optician was about to leave for an hour lunch break, therefore I would have to wait. She was very rude about it and suggested I wait and come back. I will not be returning as this was a complete waste of time. If you cannot do business during a period of time, minus well lock the door and put a sign up. Why let people waste their valuable time and then be rude about it like it is a know thing. Congrats on losing my business! Ps other stores are much nicer and know how business works, so I suggest not wasting your time here!

I would had given all five stars because I always get the best care here at this Brandon location. Only issue I had was that the optometric tech that checked me in and confirmed insurance for myself and my daughter for our vision exams did not inform me that my daughter was not eligible for services until the new year, so having to find all that out after already being seen and of course paying in full. It's very important to make sure to inform patients if they are or not eligible for exams before seeing their providers. Other than that, I had an amazing experience with our sales technician and he managed to get us in and out after there being some difficulties with the system going in and out.

I must say, I have went to an America's best before (in Wesley chapel) and it wasn't a great experience however I recently went to get my eye exam/glasses at the on here in Brandon and I loved my experience. The receptionist greeted me AS SOON as I walked in the door, it was fairly late and they had smiles & were very welcoming. The doctor was wonderful, listened to me & my concerns about needing a new prescription for driving and I have a history of glaucoma in my family; she assured me that all is clear right now and my eyes look great. However I have to give all the credit to my tech; Sarah, she was incredible. I have been having my eyes checked since I was young and as a 31 year old I STILL get nervous about the air pressure for your eyes test. I was having a bit of an episode when it came to that test and she was so patient with me and laughed with me when I was laughing about freaking out for the test, she didn't get upset or annoyed with me and she made me feel comfortable and even tested the machine for me (LOL) she was wonderful. I definitely recommend this specific facility for all your eye/glasses needs!!!!

My whole experience was just amazing from the moment I walked it to the second I walked out. Dr.H was wonderful, I was in and out of the exam room with ease and all my questions answered! Afterwards Mrs. Vi helped with getting my frames and checking out. She informed me of all the things I have always wanted to know and I never thought to ask which was just a cherry on top. Mrs. Vi even screwed on some new lags to my glasses I currently had cause one was missing and the other was hanging by a thread, so that i could have functionals glasses while waiting on my new ones, that right there was just such a blessing I will definitely be going to Americas best for the rest of my days. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

If you're thinking about coming to this location, DON'T. Worst vision place I've ever been to. So frustrated with this place... First, I went there for a contact exam. They gave me some thick contacts... not the ones on my record I've been wearing for years... When I received them, they said, "Oh, I'm sorry, it's our cheaper kind... Who df told you I wanted a cheaper kind? Look at my record, I've only worn one kind... Then, 6 months later, here I go to order my contacts... The lady said it will take up to 14 days... On the 15th day, I call, "Hello, where are my contacts?" to only find out they haven't even placed my order... I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody...

I had an amazing experience with Stefanie! She was so friendly, patient, and professional while helping me buy my contact lenses. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed. Her customer service was truly exceptional

Went to get an exam with my daughter and was immediately disgusted when I saw there was a mold truck outside but gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought it could be for another business. We go to check in for the appointment and the receptionist tells me I only have coverage not my daughter. So I call EyeMed myself and no surprise my daughter also has coverage so I go back to reception and they somehow magically find her insurance. It's beyond busy and it looks like they are training employees. They said the bathrooms were down for construction but I overheard an employee say they were removing mold. This is unbelievable and terribly unsafe to stay open while removing something as dangerous as mold. They do have a clear thing to separate the waiting room but there is no point because it constantly gets unzipped when the employees are going back there and when the construction men come from behind it so it's just spilling spores into the air. I asked to speak with a manager but couldn't find one. No surprise. Whoever manages this store needs some serious retraining or maybe a demotion. I bet this is the type of manager who takes credit for all the employees hard work while they do nothing. They probably are on vacation for the holidays while leaving their employees to struggle. Unacceptable. It's obvious they don't care about their customers or their employees. This isn't America's Best, this is America's Worst.
