Called to get my child's PD so I can order him a new pair of glasses- I was told they will not give it to me over the phone but I "can come in they will print it out and let me take a picture of it" how does that make sense??!

Had a great experience payed a lot for my glasses but I feel like I got my mo ey worth. Staff was very polite and gave me some good information and direction co concerning my vision care and long term health for my eyes.

This office was well staffed and friendly. Dr Austin was amazing! He was informative, kind, and knowledgable. He listens to concerns and offers great advice. Will definately return !

This was my first time going to Lencrafters and from the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and immediately serviced. I was in and out within 30-45 minutes from my actual appointment time. Dr. A was my physician for the appointment and she was thorough with her explanation of my eye problems/findings and answered all my questions with clarity. Health is important, so I appreciate everyone taking the time to be kind and informative. I will be back in the future.

The office staff were pleasant, greeting me upon arrival to the desk paperwork was done quickly efficiently. The tech was very pleasant very knowledgeable and the physician explained everything felt like it was a good Go ahead exam. Thank you.

Everyone was very nice. I believe the retina scan was an upsell, but overall it was good. I paid to have my glasses shipped and they weren't shipped 5 days after arriving. I had to call to get them sent to me.

This business is a well oiled machine!! Fast and friendly greeting! Easy check in process and virtually no wait time to see the eye specialist and eye doctor. Both were very professional, highly skilled and efficiently moved me through the eye test process. The sales specialist quickly welcomed me after the conclusion of my eye exam and assisted me in picking out my frames and lens choices. She took the extra time to make sure they had the proper size of frames available and that they would be a perfect fit. This was very much appreciated since the last (and first) pair of frames i had ever purchased were too small. I have no doubt the extra effort put forth this time will result in the perfect pair of glasses for me. Once we had the frames and lenses ordered, I checked out and was shown how I would be notified when they were ready and then thanked for my business. I am so happy to recommend this business for any and all of your families eye care needs. My appointment was held on time. The staff were very personable and professional. And it took no time at all to pick out glasses and meet with a staff member to have them fitted properly. Great Visit!
