The office was so clean and well kept. I was acknowledge the minute I walked in even though there were other customers there. Everyone was so nice and efficient. Dr Maramara was so nice and really helped me understand my vision. He is an exceptional Doctor and an asset to your company. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I will be letting others know about the service I experienced, even on a Sunday afternoon.

Everyone was super nice and Dr. Naguib was very knowledgeable. I have a very significant eye injury that is very old and because of the nature of the injury I require a heavy duty lense. Dr Naguib knew exactly what I needed, helped me feel confident in my choice and surprisingly understood the nature of my injury and the damage inflicted (then actually provided me more information about how it looked to be surgically fixed!). In 30 years since my injury I had never been told how it had been repaired. When I moved here I thought it was going to be hard to find someone as great as my last eye Dr but I think she met her match with Dr. Naguib!

I went into the Brandon location to see if they were able to fix my glasses that one side was bent. Amanda had it repaired in a second. While we there, my husband reminded Amanda about our previous visit with her before Christmas with him explaining we had an issue with my insurance company.(not their fault ) She looked up my insurance coverage and found out everything was straightened out. She got me in to see the doctor within 15 minutes for my yearly annual exam. She was extremely helpful in finding the best frames for my face. The whole group at the Brandon location are friendly and helpful.

Very professional and knowledgeable! Dr. Carlos Naguib and his staff especially Ilze were wonderful. They were able to see me without an appointment and treated me like I was the only client in the office. Dr. Carlos was the first and only doctor to address my dry eye issue in forever. He went above and beyond with additional information and a treatment plan to seek a better remedy for my dry corneas. Also recommended no contacts and showed me why they were a bad idea.

I can't say even good things about my visit to Pearl Vision. We were greeted warmly immediately. And the Doctor.... Dr. Naguib was so very nice and very informative. Great "bedside" manner. 10/10 would recommend.

Terrible experience from a "customer service" standpoint. First words out of the young girls mouth at the front desk when I walked in, was not hello, or how can I help you, but that everyone was still at lunch. After I saw the physician for my exam, the same young girl assisted me with ordering glasses and checking me out. She spent zero time explaining my options or reviewing insurance coverages. Within minutes, and no input from me, she wrote up my order using the exact specifications listed in her computer. She gave me my total and proceeded to check out. At that time I stopped her and told her I had a discount coupon. She was quite bothered that she had to recalculate my total. Experienced another debacle at checkout when she automatically ran my debit card as credit, charging an absorbent service fee. When I questioned other payment options, she again was visibly perturbed. I felt like a number, and completely FastTracked through my appointment. I'll pick up my glasses when they come in, but Pearle Vision has lost me as a customer.

When Frank and Sara owned this place, it was a real family business. Now there is a new owner who is all business. New policies, disinterested customer service, and an infuriating 3% surcharge if you use a credit card for your purchase. This is a boutique shop, not a discount house. With what they charge for frames and lenses, they should be able to absorb that cost. I'll continue to get my 4 current glasses serviced here but any new business goes to Sara's store in Lakeland. It will be worth the trip.
