Dr. Sieboldt came highly recommended from multiple people when I mentioned I think I may need glasses. My experience was flawless, check-in was immediate, I waited maybe 5 minutes to be seen (I was 15 minutes early). The initial examiner (I didn't get her name) was very nice and professional. The initial exam steps were easily understood and all the equipment looked brand new and exam rooms in excellent condition. The interaction/exam with Dr. Sieboldt couldn't have been better. He was incredibly friendly, professional and took the time to answer every question thoroughly but in a way that was easily understood. While picking out frames, the person that assisted me (I didn't get her name) was just as friendly and professional as everyone else. There was no push to buy anything and every option was explained clearly. Overall the experience was great, truthfully it didn't feel like a traditional doctor's visit; everyone I interacted with was exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful. I watched the staff interact with much younger patients and I could see they were equally kind and accommodating to their younger patients as well. Dr. Sieboldt and the entire staff at Brandon Family Eye Care is nothing short of exceptional. Highly recommended, 6 out of 5 stars.

Dr. Kent M. Siedoldt, O.D., is truly a standout optometric physician! As a board-certified specialist in eye diseases and contact lenses, his expertise and attention to detail are unmatched. The Bloomingdale location is not only equipped to cut prescription lenses on-site but also offers an impressive selection of brand-name and stylish frames to suit every taste. What's even more impressive is, they added my new prescription from my eye exam with Dr. Siedoldt to the smart glasses I sell in our online store (Chauvintique) with no problem. Beyond the exceptional care, what truly sets this practice apart is the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by a family of professionals who glorify God in their service. My husband and I have finally found our eye care home, and we couldn't be more grateful! I have been a patient since 2016 and always held Dr Sieboldt in high regard as a optometrist. I was sorely disappointed today when I called to make an appointment because I was having an eye concern only to be informed late in the day that they couldn't see me tommoroow because I hadn't been in since 2021. The receptionist said they didn't have my records because they only keep them 5 years. (you do the math, 2025-2021=4?) So since they threw away my records they can't help me when I need them. Isn't that just great!

Amazing staff - amazing doctor!! Love this place and everyone there ! Will continue to keep going there even though we moved out of Brandon area !

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice! My twins went there for the first time a couple of weeks ago. From the front office staff, to the nurses, to the doctor, everyone was so compassionate and treated us so well. Dr. Sieboldt took the time to explain the boys' and my vision exam findings, and his playful manner with the boys was exceptional. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Dr. Sieboldt and his staff are the best eye care facility my family and I have ever been to. Dr. Sieboldt always takes the time to address any concerns, recommend different options, and genuinely cares about his patients. His staff is always courteous and friendly as well. They making going to get your eye exam a pleasure. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to qualify care and the best service!

Dr. Sieboldt was very informative about my eye health. He took the time to explain the tests and the results. He was very personable as well, which is so nice coming from a doctor visit. I didn't feel like I was a part of a "revolving door". The lady that helped me with setting up my glasses order was equally fantastic. Very kind, personable, and even went the extra mile to answer questions about my son who is also a patient there. Overall, wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend!

This is my first visit to this eye dr! The nurse is efficient! I never done Optomac that I didn't need to dilate my eyes which can caused bluriness for 4 hours. dr Kent is such a kind Dr! He checked on the health of my eyes, I have near sightedness but he said I don't need to have glasses! I asked if I need to be seen in less than 6 months he said no you can just come back a year! This place is amazing! They have the latest technology of equipment which I have never heard of when I went to big corporation opthomalogist in Connecitut! They still dilated my eyes but here I did it painlessly! I was 2 hours early for my appointment and they still let me get seen by the dr and not sent me home! Highly recommend if you're in brandon,valrico or Riverview!
