Best eye doctor in the Brandon, Tampa area - Dr Darnell Walter been treating me over 10-15years. I trust him with my regular eye exams each year. I trust all his recommendations towards my eye care. The Staff are very knowledgeable and professional, they also have a great follow up to remind you on future appointments. This is definitely one of my favorite place to go.

Dr. Walter is exceptionally talented, skilled, and patient. His unwavering passion for optometry has significantly benefited my family and our extended family. I strongly endorse King's Way Eye Clinic & Optical--my family and I have had nothing but positive experiences there. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking top-notch eye care.

Been going to Dr. Walter for 20 years at least. Best doctor in general I've ever met and I'm in medical software sales. He takes his time and spends the correct amount of time with you to make sure your eye exam goes well and you get the correct contacts and lenses. Amazing human being as well!

Dr. Walter is phenomenal. He takes his time with you and makes a point of making sure you understand everything. He is REALLY good with kids as well. His staff is just as good and I adore his receptionist. His selection is a little limited but I have never had a problem finding something I love. They also have discounts for buying more than one pair and they really try to help you get more bang for your buck. I have been going to him for about 5 years now and am really worried about what to do when Dr. Walter decides to retire.

My daughter and I have been using DR. Walter for over 20yrs now. I wouldn't trade him for the world. He is so matriculant. Really patient and explains things so anyone can understand.

Excellent experience. Dr. Walter takes his time, explains the process from the eye test to having an experienced professional to help with frame selection. Can't imagine a better optometrist. I am completely happy with the doctor and his staff.

Dr Walter is excellent and very professional. I've never had an issue with my eye exam. I have VSP insurance so I'm limited as to where I can go for lenses and frames. I've always used this place out of convenience but I can't continue to do this. It's always taken at least 2 weeks to actually receive my new glasses but this year things are not happening so predictable. I ordered frames on 4/25 and was told that they were out of stock and would arrive at the lab on 5/13. I called today to check on the status of my glasses and was told my frames would not arrive at the lab until 5/27 and would not be at their office for at least a week after that. So it will take over a month for me to get new glasses!!! It's 2016 not 1982 it should not take more than a few days to get someone a pair of glasses in modern era. Not to mention no one at Kingsway Optical seems to care even a little bit about this massive inconvenience.

PROCEED WITH CAUTION! This Doctor is skilled and a strong Christian man. We can't say enough about him. His staff however is a COMPLETE different story. Bumbling idiots, high turn over, HORRIBLE attitudes. They make mistake after mistake and if that's not bad enough they will argue with you about their mistakes like 5 year old children. Come on Dr Walter get an office manager and staff worthy of the service your provide.
