Over books so wait is 2+ hours long. If she could just respect the time of her patients , she has great skills. So terrible for aged people to have to sit for hors to be seen

Three years in a row I've gone here for eye exams, and all three times they have been more than 30 minutes late for my appointment. This last time, they were refusing to see a patient who arrived 40 minutes late while I was sitting there 30 minutes after my appointment time without being seen. I guess it's OK for them to be late, but not a patient. Horrible practice, many others around that are surely better.

I had cataract surgery by Dr Chris Donovan and he did a great job! I was very nervous and he was patient, friendly, answered all my questions, and no pain or problems afterwards. The staff is friendly, and Priscilla was caring and told me to call her with any questions. I would highly recommend them!

Don't even bother going if you have to take time off work because they are so busy that it takes more than 2 hours past your appointment time to even see the doctor. I gave up after waiting for an hour and 45 minutes and left without seeing a doctor. They were not organized and seem to have way overbooked. We were not the only ones there waiting for more than an hour and a half to see a doctor.
