I'm always impressed by professionals who truly know their craft, and Dr. Victor Martinez is exactly that. I've had my eyes examined many times over the years--from New York to Florida--and I've never had an optometrist as thorough and insightful as he is. His deep understanding of how the eyes work with both glasses and contacts is remarkable, especially his ability to explain and assess things based on expertise rather than relying solely on technology. On top of that, he's genuinely kind and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Dr. Martinez and his services. His staff also deserves a thumbs up for their warm, courteous, and professional assistance.

First off, If you have car trouble, it is out your control. We tried to call on two different phone numbers, to let them know we would be late. We never had our call returned. We show up and they had canceled our appointment, which they told us we were late. We tried to call to explain the situation, but nothing. Their lack of professionalism was shown. We made every effort to arrive on time, and call. Not recommended.

Ruth was kind and patient, and Dr. Victor Martinez was welcoming and friendly, answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns.
