They are and have been for years the best option for my wife and myself and we always trust Trish's suggestions and taste in frames. My wife's prescription has changed through the years much more than mine so we have seen the technology advance throughout the years as a result. I have made use of their warranty as I haven't cared for my lenses as well as I should and they have accommodated me and restored my use very quickly. We love going there.

I'd give Dr. Kokoska and his staff more than a 5 if it were possible. I moved to Florida recently and found this office by the good reviews I saw, and the reviews weren't wrong. Dr. K has over 35 years of experience and it showed. He did a thorough exam and showed a lot of patience in getting my prescription right in spite of my dry eye which makes it harder. He also dilated my eyes (no extra charge) to check general eye health. He found some high eye pressure and then did some extra tests to see if antything was going on, and have me a doc's note to see an opthmologist. He also did a test to find the cause of the dry eye and gave a handle for that. He even gave me some insurance advice to make sure it was covered! Also, his staff were very nice and made me feel very welcome in the office, asking me about myself and making conversation. This was the best doc's visit I have had in a long time. Also as a note, this is a private doc's office within JC Penny but not part of JC Penny itself, so not one of those corporate type places.

Terrible experience. Very greedy people. I took a day off of work to go in for an eye exam, which was scheduled three weeks in advance. I gave my insurance information on the phone when I made the appointment and they confirmed they accepted my plan. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told I could browse frames while I waited. I mentioned that I wasn't going to be purchasing any glasses, I just needed the eye exam and prescription to take to the VA optical shop as it is much more affordable. After waiting for 50 minutes after my appointment time, the employee then let me know that they only accept my insurance plan if I get an exam and glasses through them and that if I only wanted the exam it would cost extra. Once again, I took a vacation day for this. They had absolutely no qualms about wasting my time. This is a terrible way to conduct business and treat customers and we will no longer support JCPenney's.

Wonderful experience, they took care of my mom and was able to beat everyones elses pricing. We got 2 for what we anticipated 1 pair to cost! Highly recommend, staff is super!

Informed me over the phone my insurance was accepted, even provided exact policy numbers for them to verify. Upon driving an hour out there they told me they didnt accept it. Huge waste of time and very unknowable staff

Don't count on all of the staff to be able to adjust glasses properly. The only one I have found that can do it correctly is Alicia!!!! So, have her take care of you.

The woman who works on Sunday by herself is very rude, and gives unwanted attitude. The rest of the staff and doctor are both very helpful and have a great attitude.

I love the doctor here. He is very good and very nice. Staff are very friendly and helpful as well.
