She went above and beyond to help me with multiple needs--finding glasses that fit what I was looking for my face shape and assisting me with ordering. Eric was so insanely helpful...the wrong frames were ordered by one letter and they reordered the frames in the correct style, let me keep the original frames so I had something while the correct ones were being sent, and overall just went above and beyond to ensure that I had the correct glasses in the right style with the right prescription. Very accommodating and so helpful! Thank you Eric!

**Dishonest, stay away** It was my 1st and definitely my last time that I shop with LensCrafters. I thought I would give them a shot but that was the worst decision I've ever made in my life. I went in there and spent over $800 dollars and the sales person said that my warranty was valid until I had my glasses. I went in to get them fixed due to scratches and now they tell me that my warranty expired in May, that I will have to pay another $240. I don't told them that I did not have it in writing but they should respect what their sales representative told me verbally. Again, all they worry about is the money and not customer satisfaction. I will consume business somewhere else because the headache is not worth it. Please avoid this business because they don't respect what they stand for.

1hour past my scheduled appointment. Just saw the doctor. This is a pattern. Been coming here for years. One time they forgot I was in the waiting room. Terrible. People are nice enough but I can't do it anymore. Had to reschedule a later appointment in the day due to their delay.

**Dishonest & Terrible Customer Service - Stay Away!** This guys are a complete scam. Their staff has zero product knowledge and consistently recommends the wrong glasses. When you ask for corrections or adjustments, they try to upsell you for features you already paid for. The worst part? They mock customers behind their backs and laugh at legitimate complaints. Instead of fixing their mistakes, they make you feel like purchasing from them was your biggest regret. Save your time and money--this company is unprofessional, unethical, and outright fraudulent. **Worst decision ever.**

The store employees are fantastic and the Manager Eric and the assistant manager Michael are amazing and patient. I have visited this store 5 times so far and the service was consistent each time. This means a lot to me because 2 years ago, my husband and I visited this store and it was an atrocious experience that we wrote it off and went to Target instead since we have Eye Med. I only walked in this time thinking it was a different store but I'm glad I did. You regained a customer!

I won't be spending my money here ever again. From the moment I walked in, their main mission was to look past my insurance coverage to see how much they could siphon out of my wallet to put in their register because having insurance isn't enough for this particular Lenscrafters. I've had contacts since 95 and every year its the same routine but today, at this location, I was borderline intimidated into getting my pupils dialated or have a picture taken of my eyes (which I never needed before and its always an option that you can decline on the paperwork). Now I knew I should've walked out right then and there, but like an idiot, I went against my gut and stayed so my pockets could receive the royal treatment. So after I declined the unnecessary upcharge, I was greeted by a sweet lady who assisted me in the back. I waited about 5 mins, then Dr. Valenti walked in and was super friendly. He provided me a lot of information regarding my eyes. We spoke and I asked a bunch of questions because my main focus was keeping my cost down because I have insurance and wasn't looking to pay an penny extra. I was given a choice between MONO and MULTI focals and I chose mono which I was told would be cheaper and covered under my insurance but come to find out when I go to get my receipt, (mind you my insurance pays for my exam), I'm charged $100 dollars because they HAD to make sure they dug into my pockets because I refused the "pupil dialation" package.. This is a sheisty way to run a business and I plan on letting my insurance company know exactly what transpired at this particular location so I can get my $100 back. I know for a fact that my exam was supposed to be 100% covered by my insurance and I had a $150 credit for either glasses or contacts..
