The dr is super professional and prepared. The staff is pleasant and helpful, but the called manager Heather who has a particular way of treating customers. I am sorry if my glasses did not meet my expectations. After close to $1000 cash payment with my own frames I was waiting for them to fit and keep them.
I would go anywhere the dr works because I loved how she works but not to this location. Sorry, my money will find a place where quality fits better and they don't get mad because you complain.

The whole staff and Optometrist at MyEyeDr on FL- Brandon-Causeway Blvd is awesome, too many staff members to write, they know who they are. They treated me so nice first visit and I will definitely will be coming back. My whole experience was outstanding. This was my first eye doctor visit in over 3 years and and every staff member here provided a delightful experience. Specifically the manager of this location, she was very personable, attentive and polite. During follow up visits she greeted me by name and remembered exactly what I needed and sincerely followed up with topics from our previous conversations from the initial visit. Thank you sooo much staff of the Brandon FL location for a fantastic experience especially the store Manager!!!

I had such a great experience here! Heather was super nice and helped me out with everything -- she made the whole process so easy and was just genuinely kind the entire time. You can tell she really cares about people. And Dr. Madison Lessard is amazing! She's thorough, professional, and super easy to talk to. The whole team made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Definitely recommend coming here if you want an eye doctor's office that truly goes above and beyond!

I purchased a set of glasses about three years ago and the nose piece broke on them. I went to the Brandon office with the glasses without hesitation. They took the glasses repaired the nose pieces for me all before I even told them that I purchased them for their company. The level of customer service I received was beyond my expectations. Longtime MyEyeDr patient (initially Clearwater and then Midtown). Dr. I saw for years left midtown so I tried this location closer to my house. Front desk manager is rude and condescending. I was 10 minutes late, which I apologized for. I was told they called me at my appointment time which I looked at my call records and they did not call nor leave a voicemail. Manager told me they could not see me because I was late which is fine, life happens, traffic happens. Talking to your patients respectfully and with empathy is what I look for in any healthcare provider I see.

Dr. Lessard, the technician, & Heather were all fantastic with their assistance during my appointment.
Only reason for my 4-stars is the brown haired rep who also assisted with paperwork and payment. Her demeanor was poor, unwelcoming, and made it seem like everything was an inconvenience. I decided to purchase my eyeglasses elsewhere due to the fact.
