WASTE OF MY MONEY AND TIME!Worst quality of eye glasses EVER! I've had two pairs of glasses just fall apart from here. The glasses just turned a year old. It's ridiculous. First I had to replace the screws, because the screws they used were too short and didn't hold the arms of the glasses on. Now I'm having to use super glue to attach the metal piece to the arm. This has happened to both pairs of glasses I've purchased from here. I've been wearing glasses for 13 years and have never dealt with these issues. Also, yes I'm very gentle with my glasses as they are my life line. I'm blind in one eye and near sighted in the other. NO! I will not be contacting you and wasting my time with your establishment anymore. I will be going elsewhere, where quality glasses are actually sold.

Yanneris was amazing during my eye exam. She was very patient and even helped teach my daughter how to put in her contact lenses. She was so nice and friendly the whole time, which made the experience really comfortable. I highly recommend!

I was very impressed with all of the staff at this Optical Outlets. Everyone was friendly and professional. They did their best to make sure that I did not wait. I particularly appreciated Savannah, who helped me to choose my frames and helped me to navigate the type of lenses I should get.

On Saturday, February 7, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., I had an appointment and received excellent care. The warm, friendly, and professional treatment made me feel very comfortable. The selection of frames was also spectacular, as I was undecided and couldn't choose which ones to get, but with the young specialist's help, I found exactly what I wanted. I left feeling very satisfied. Please extend my compliments to Savannah.

Had to wait over an hour for my appointment on1st visit. Most places get you in and out with a quick eye exam. This place misses your appointment time well after the scheduled time. Then its a whole process. They call you back like 3 different times and then back to the waiting room before your exam. Then after your exam you wait again for someone to free up and process your order. The whole 1st visit was over 2 hours on a work day. The whole reason I scheduled my exam around lunch is so I wouldnt miss much time at work. Boy was I wrong. Then when they call you that your glass or contacts are ready for pickup, be prepared to wait another hour. They have employees at the front desk, but they make you sign in like your waiting for an exam. Im just here for my item that is already paid for. Should be a simple process like every other eye place in the world. 99.99% of other eye places you walk in tell them you are here to pick up your glasses or contacts and the person at the front desk goes and gets them and your on your way. Not this place, they make you wait behind all the people that have appointments and behind the people that have already signed their waiting list. So be prepared to wait for a long time just to pick up you item. This place is beyond ridiculous and dont get me started on the young girl working the front desk. She is very rude and should not be working customer service and the 1st person you have contact with when you walk into your business.

If you don't have the time to wait (1+hours) I would suggest somewhere else for your glasses. Doctor Giese is very sweet and thorough and one employee is super sweet. However at my appointment time I witnessed an employee openly laughing at a autistic gentleman who kept asking the same questions because he didn't understand and when I was called to pick up the glasses I told them I would be there shortly and was told see you soon. I arrived at 920am and was greeted with complete hostility and disrespectfulness by 3 of the employees. Only one employee helped me and explained nicely that they don't open until 10am and apologized for the miscommunication on the phone the other employees actually yelled at me and called me disrespectful. Hopefully the staff can improve and I really enjoyed the doctor but the face of the business are the front desk employees and they need to do better. I would recommend a different optical outlets.

My Savanah was amazing! She has superb customer service!!!! Salome is always so very nice and friendly. She's the best! Love these ladies

Savannah was great! She is extremely attentive to each detail of every step in the process, from choosing the frames, to fitting, to picking up! Your front desk person, however, can't be bothered to even answer the phone!!!
