Summit Eye Care

I had a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. The team provided excellent service throughout my visit. The only area that could use improvement is staffing, as I experienced a wait time of over an hour. I stayed positive and focused on the great care I received, but I wanted to share this feedback so it can be addressed. For my next annual appointment, I've scheduled on a Thursday instead of a Saturday to help avoid the wait. Overall, fantastic service and I truly appreciate the team's efforts!

Dr Valenti was very thorough took his time and addressed all the concerns I had. Very hard to find men like that nowadays. Resting the team was very helpful as well.

Superb service! The optometrist and his staff were patient, thorough, and very knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions without a hint of aggravation or frustration in their voices. I will definitely schedule my visit with them again next year!

. I made an appointment for my sons last week for an appointment Friday afternoon. I received a voicemail today at 12:45 pm less than 24 hours away from my schedule appointment stating the doctor there doesn't see patients younger than 9 years old. No where on the website does it mention this. And they had both of my sons dates of birth for almost a week and didn't give me the courtesy of informing in enough time to make an appointment at a different providers office. I am very upset and I hope your service gets better. I am also going to write a google review of the horrible customer service I received when I spoke to someone claiming to be a manger of what a bad experience I had with them.

Very clean location. Staff was professional, and polite. The Optometrist was professional and gentle with my daughter. I would recommend a more budget friendly selection of glasses. This Location mostly had Luxury brand glasses. I have been to other offices with more selections and cost friendly (sadly my insurance doesn't cover that office). Especially when children tend to break and lose there glasses. Also some of the services are also pricey, so I'll would recommend shop around. I chose this location due to other locations being booked out till Late October and my kid needed glasses immediately. Anyways overall 7 out of a 10 for me.

The doctors and staff were nice. However, their system was down and I was in there for 1 hour and 45 minutes. After asking for some sort of compensation or fee waiver, they said they couldn't do anything about it. I wouldn't recommend going in the morning but I could have given them a higher review if there wasn't a huge amount wait or they would be willing to compensate

All the personal is very friendly and were very professional the eye Dr too. It was a nice experience. 100% recommend

Mirium and Penny took very good care of my family. They were patient, kind, explained our options and helped us select the perfect pair of glasses.
