Best experience ever at a vision retailer! Brianna is it true asset to your brand! She guided me through pricing and quality and I found exactly what I needed! The price was very competitive and I received two pairs of progressive lenses with frames, there was a promotion of BOGO going on, and I could not be happier with the quality and selection for the price points I was looking for. Brianna and Morgan were so sweet, professional and informative. I was already so happy and then she told me while I have even more good news, your progressives will be ready by the end of the day! I couldn't even believe it I think I knew that some stores around I'm not even sure who has in store labs for quick service but I was so happily surprised! I would recommend this specific location of America's Best because it was an all-around wonderful experience and I absolutely love my glasses!

Emily was very helpful, friendly, and kind. I went to the Clearwater Mall location right when they opened and didn't have an appointment to see the doctor because my eye had been bothering me for about a week. Same for me that they didn't have any eye doctor in that day but she could book me an appointment about an hour from then at the Largo Mall. You adjusted my glasses. I am very thankful and appreciative of her!

i witness something that made me extremely uncomfortable which then soured my experience and I will likely never go back to America's best again. The doctor and the gentlemen that checked me in seems to be the only to kind people in the building. Here what happened I came in and checked in for my afternoon appointment. There was already a few women walking around looking at glasses they were either sisters or friends. A father and daughter duo and an older set of women one was 60/70s and she had driven her friend up for her exam her friend was clearly older in 70/80s when the older women came out she was telling her the doctor wanted her to go see a specialist. They get called over to the glasses and i get called back now I'm only here for an exam I'm not getting glasses or contacts from AB. My exam had to be the fast exam ever and the lady was very short. I was in and out of the room in under 15 minutes. Then from across the room I'm back in the waiting area. From the front of the room I can hear the way this sales rep is speaking to the older ladies it's very short and very rude. The older woman's friend was asking questions about the exam what made it "special" for the. To charge more then $60 and then tell her friend she needed to go to a specialist. The sales rep just kept saying "we told you at the beginning it would be $60" which is true they told me if my insurance didn't cover it it would be $60 but my co pay was $10. The older women didn't understand and instead of talking to them kindly they were very sure and then the women walked away telling them when they were ready to check out they except cash, card or Google pay. I was called back to see the doctor at this point so I didn't get to hear anything else but when I came out the women where gone. Their was a group of sales reps standing around the front desk very loudly and very rudely making comments about the elder women and how it was them causing and issue. Meanwhile, the gentlemen is on the phone with a less then a foot away answering a callers questions. The way the staff on the floor conducted themselves really made me uncomfortable. I get office chat but you don't do it on the main floor while the store is full of patients. It was a real shame because the doctor was really nice and I would have gone back to her in the future. But I never want to step foot in that store again. We live in a heavily populated retirement area it wouldn't surprise me if more then half the clientele was elder.

Great Staff, Great Doctor, I was in an out within 1 hour. Everyone was super nice and helpful. They all made a nervous girl feel veey comfortable. 5 srars all day long.

I absolutely loved the glasses! They arrived 5 days earlier than expected, which was such a nice surprise! Steph helped me out and she was incredibly sweet, attentive, and super helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

New patient here. Went in to get a regular eye exam and was super pleased with the attitude of the staff. The receptionist was very kind and the Dr. was super lovely and sweet. The sales associate helping me at the end was super friendly and good at eyeglasses advice. I definitely recommend this place if you don't know where to choose. Also the 89$ for an eye exam and 2 glasses cannot be beat!

*AMERICA'S WORST* I spent $220 in their store last week on 2 pairs of glasses (very limited frame selection). Was told by the associate Chase, that checked me out that my glasses "would take 2 weeks at the absolute longest and that he would call me if one pair came in earlier" which he said happened often. Which was good since I CAN NOT SEE. Now the following week, I call the store for a SIMPLE STATUS UPDATE. The extremely RUDE women who answered the phone would not even look up my order and just repeated "it takes two weeks, no, it takes two weeks. The only store that does same day service is Eyeglass world." I was a former America's Best patron in Arizona years ago when they did same day service, it was the only reason I went back. To be told by the rude women on the phone "We have NEVER done same day service, and it will be two weeks". Well, check your corporate history- yes you did. I wasn't asking for same day but the LEAST you could do was CHECK THE STATUS of my order. Sorry to interrupt your cell phone scrolling with actual business, BUT thank you for the recommendation of Eyeglass World- I will now be going to them with all of my family's vision needs. After canceling my order- was still charged for a $69 eye exam charge that was included in the "2 pair promotion"- customer service at its worst.

Very friendly and efficient office, made my appointment 2 hours prior and was able to get right in and seen. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable, shout out to Tony who ran my initial tests and the Doc were amazing. 10 out of 10 will go again
