My first visit to Northwood Vision. Had my eyes examined by Dr. Keats, for new glasses. I am a 75 year old man and have worn glasses since I was 7 yrs. Old! This was the most thorough eye exam I have ever had in my life. Dr. Keats explained in great detail every aspect of the exam. And he also completely explained what I can probable expect of my vision in years to come. The entire staff of four woman each spent time with me the moment I walked in the door. They were each helpful and personable. We are lucky to have these folks in our community!

The doctor has a real knack for explaining why/how I should do certain procedures in an easy to understand humerous way. Dr Keats is an amazing doctor. I've never had an eye doctor take so much time with me explaining everything in such detail. He showed me visuals of my eye and how they compared to a normal eye so I would understand my problem better. At the end of the visit he gave me options to think about after I left.
