Eye Site of Tampa Bay

The staff at Eyesite is very friendly, professional, competent and very caring. Visits run smoothly with great regard for the importance of the patient's time. Dr Knauf (the make doctor, not his daughter who also works there) is wonderful with great skill in both his medical knowledge and his manner dealing with you as a patient. He always takes time to listen to your concerns and addresses them fully in language you can easily understand. I first saw him in 2018 for cataract surgery and to diagnose an additional vision problem that my regular eye doc could not pinpoint. Dr Knauf knew just by my description of symptoms exactly what the problem was and confirmed it with a thorough exam. I see him annually now for my periodic eye exam and to watch for any change in my eye issue. I moved 500 miles away 6 years ago and I still schedule my eye exam every year at a time when I return to the area for a visit. I don't want to change docs to my new location because of the trust I have for Dr Knauf. Highly recommended!

80 plus year old male. Cataract operations on both eyes. Went through two operations...one for each eye. Astounded by now having 20/20 vision one eye and 20/25 in the other eye. Painless operation of about 15 minutes each. Easy recovery. When the covering placed over the eye lids came off next day...the colors of the world revealed themselves - car headlights no longer glare, and I can see everything around me close and distant - as if I were wearing some kind of corrective glasses. Wonderful Doctors and staff....at Eye Site of Tampa Bay.
