My father was supposed to have a much needed procedure done that required him to have me drive him to his appointment that was set for the 4th. The office never set up the appointment. We called numerous times to find out why. Finally Robyn contacted my father and told him that they were waiting on his insurance to approve the procedure. This is false, he has a Medicare supplement F plan. The office never got back to him and I took the day off work to take him. They never answered the phone. Now we have to find a new doctor to have this set up again because he needs it. I have never seen a doctor's office operate this way.

Worth the wait. It's a busy place, accept that. A lot of patients but even with it being so busy, the staff is super friendly and efficient once you get to be seen. Great Dr Rowan was awesome. While I wish they would change their phone/contact system, I have no complaints about the doctor, nurses and various others that work there. When I originally tried contacting them, the only thing I could do was leave a call-back number OR a voicemail. You can't do both. I played phone tag during my initial attempt at making an appointment. Once I got in everything was very smooth after that. The nursing staff was professional as well as friendly. Dr. Menosky was very reassuring during my procedure and explained everything. I have to wait a few weeks to find out how my eye has healed. At this point I would recommend Robson.

My wait time was very little. The assistant was very professional and thorough. The doctor was pleasant professional and answered my questions completely. I had both my cataract surgeries done at Robson. I go there because I trust the care that I receive. The office is easy to find and there's plenty of parking.

Very friendly receptionist. The doctor and medical tech both seemed decent and professional. The low rating is due to an extraordinarily long wait time - it was almost three hours from my appointment time to when I left the building, for roughly 10 minutes with the tech and 10 minutes with the doctor.

Yesterday (11/3/25) was my first visit with my new Dr. (Dr. Marianne Banales) there. O!M!G! I loved her the first moment she stepped thru the door! She exudes friendliness, sincerity, authenticity, a true interest in my well being. As the exam continued, her expertise & knowledge became evident. I have confidence in her & the staff. Kudos!
