I went to this location prior to it being taken over from Clarkson. The moment that Clarkson started everything went downhill. Customer service is horrible. Rachelle is condescending and seemed to find joy in being obstinate. I asked to be removed from their list of patients and was told I was removed. I still get the automated calls regularly telling me that I need to come in for an appointment. I call and tell them that I am no longer a patient and to take me off that list and they say they do but they never do. I believe that Rachel did this out of spite.
