Dr. Linsey is not only professional but he is warm, caring and easy on the eyes. He made my experience of getting new prescriptions and corrective lenses the easiest experience I've had so far. Didn't get to see Dr. Smith. First, they failed to make the appts. they said we had because "The power went out right after you called". Then appts. had to be changed because the dates we were given for appts. were already taken! Then the same Receptionist assured me twice that they take our ins., but after I spent 2 hours filling out paperwork for 2 of us, I had to call our insurance for another matter and a gut feeling made me ask if they were covered. I was told by our ins. that Dr. Smith has not taken any United Health Care plans for 6 yrs. now! My husband called them to ask them again what is going on, and the same receptionist told him the truth immediately. Her lies cost me hours of time for nothing and we had to start all over. Not competent.
