Healing Eye Care, now part of MyEyeDr.

My visit to Healing Eye Care with Dr. Gindi was perfect in every way. The eye exam was extremely thorough, and Dr. Gindi took the time to explain each step and answer all my questions. The whole team is warm, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. Their glasses selection is outstanding with tons of stylish options. I left feeling confident, cared for, and excited about my new glasses. Highly recommend Healing Eye Care and Dr. Gindi!

Not impressed. The Doc is good, nice and thorough apparently. I only bought a pair of glasses. That experience was awful. Waited 2 weeks on initial order called and apparently there was a problem at the lab and they hadn't been started because of some kind of problems with the order. Too much to explain without getting triggered and if they respond they'll just blame me I'm sure. I highly recommend you buy your glasses somewhere else unless you like terrible customer service.

Dr.Gindi was so thorough during my examination that her diagnoses was exactly right on with my symptom's. She explained my condition very clearly, showing me pictures, explaining the progression of my condition. Therefore, allowing me to make the best decision for the care of my eyes moving forward.

Healing Eye Care was one of the most efficient Eye Centers I've ever been to. Dr. Gindi was extremely detailed and explained everything in great detail. I would recommend the center and the Doctor to anyone.

What an odd place. First, the phone number listed here and a different one listed on their site are incorrect. Once I finally found the correct number, I was first told that their scheduling system was changing and they would call me back within a few days to schedule as they had no access. That never happened. Then I called back and they wanted all of my contact information before they would tell me whether or not any appointments were available before the end of the year. When I said I wanted to know appointment availability before giving my information, they seemed taken back and then said no. Hopefully fluke instances, but strange for a medical provider...

My fiancee was dealing with an extremely irritated eye. It was very red and so painful he could not sleep at night. Over the course of a week, he sought help, but unfortunately had been misdiagnosed two separate times. We were calling around, trying to get him an appointment immediately and thankfully I stumbled across Healing Eye Care. The receptionist was very friendly. I explained the situation and she said she could squeeze him in that day. I was extremely thankful that she went out of her way to get him in since it was a bit of an emergency at that point. He saw Dr. Gindi. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She gave him a correct diagnosis within minutes! He was on the wrong medications and that's why nothing was working. She gave him some new prescriptions and literally within hours, his eye redness and pain was dissipating.. I am so happy we discovered them! This is where we will be going from now on for our eye care. Thank you for your promptness, professionalism, and superior knowledge. If you want to be in the best hands for your eyesight, clearly not something to mess around with, I highly recommend them!
