Dr Samantha Kessler is top of the line optometrist. Dr Kessler from Ideal Eye Care is very professional,helpful and knowledgeable.This medical office has high quality optical equipments to consult patients.I highly recommend Dr Kessler because of her excellent eye care for her patients.

Today I went here for the first time ever. I came in and everyone was professional and respectful to me and it was a wonderful experience until the end which I will get to. I went and sat down to fill out some paperwork on a tablet and that was when some guy came in was asking about if they could help fix his glasses I think and not long after, I got called back and my first ever eye exam at this place started. Everything was fantastic, exactly how it should always go, professional, informative, all around exceptional service. I went back and when I was waiting in the exam room with the door closed I could hear the guy that came in earlier from all the way in the back, he said something about he's been coming here for 5 years and he's never experienced a poor service before from them and I could hear him say that all the way in the back with the door closed. And then the optometrist came in we did my whole appointment no issues, fantastic, professional it was great. And then I went back out and my wife and I both were looking at glasses when a gentleman named Mr White I guess from what I could tell from the conversation of the employee and Mr White yelling at each other maybe it was obvious and embarrassing and uncomfortable the way the employee was escalating the situation instead of de-escalating the situation. Yes Mr White was obviously upset because I guess he was given the wrong prescription glasses from what I could tell from the conversation and when Mr White louder and started yelling the employee did the exact same thing by escalating the situation by getting louder with his voice also. That's not deescalating the situation by any stretch of the imagination and frankly like I said uncomfortable to everybody in the store. Eventually Mr White did calm down and he had asked for the manager on duty and then the employee told him he's not here and he won't be back until tomorrow and personally that's concerning because even grocery stores have supervisor/managers available the entire business day. And then I went to go sit down like I was instructed to do when I finished looking at my glasses to find which one I wanted and after a short wait which was not a problem, the same employee who had helped the other two people before came over to me and it was very obvious he was not in the right headspace and that's all I'm going to leave it at. And we went through the whole process of getting new glasses ordered and came down to the final bill and both my wife as a witness and myself, the guide did not make it clear that the total bill was $650, he said $250 and I was like oh that's perfect The insurance should cover all of that almost but he did not make it clear that the total bill was 650 and not 250 and it doesn't matter I still paid for it but instead of confusing us he could have calmly and politely explained the total bill was $650 not $250 like he said. So that's why I gave a two star because I was made to have to experience an awkward and uncomfortable escalating situation between Mr White and the employee and then he didn't make it clear with a total bill actually was. But my appointment is scheduled for a year from now so yeah some coming back and I hope that the employees that are supposed to be customer-facing take some kind of de-escalating class so they can properly handle customers without escalating the situation like what happened today. I'll be back and I will change my review based on my experience when I come back in one year.

Haley is the absolute best, she helped me with an issue with such efficiency and professionalism and I cannot thank her enough for her kindness.

Awesome care Dr Kessler explained everything in detail great nurse doing eye exam for pictures of back of eye and doing pre exam nurse doing fitting up for glasses awesome these people are keepers thank you for a great eye exam experience

Just moved to Florida and had to find a new eye doctor. Loved the place, the staff and overall experience. Highly recommend Ideal Eye care.
