Getting my glasses here was seamless. I got my eye exam the same day I picked out my glasses and took them about 2 weeks for them to put prescriptions on it. Picking it up was a different story tho. It took them about 25 minutes to find where they put my glasses. Other than that everything went great. They even let me pick out a case that I like for being patient.

My Eye Dr has never disappointed. We've trusted them with our eye exams and eyewear for over a decade. While the doctors and staff may change, one thing has always remained the same--everyone is consistently kind, welcoming, and thorough. And then there's Terry. He's the constant. He always cares about you. It's genuinely a pleasure to see him every visit, knowing he'll go above and beyond without hesitation. Thank you all

I have going to MyEyeDr for years and they have improved! The eye exam was smooth and easy and the Dr gave me a better prescription. Kayla, at the front desk was wonderful, friendly and caring and helped me sort out some issues with my contacts. My experience showed me that MyEyeDr in Clearwater cares about people not just as customers, but to really provide the best service possible, by being helpful and caring.

I'd suggest going to a local eye doctor that actually cares about your needs. Also the people who work for billing are really incompetent. I've now received two bills when it should have been taken care of through the VA. I even called after I received the first bill but they billed me again another month later. Also when I did show up for my eye appointment, I waited like 30 minutes. Also my eye exam was done wrong and one eye is more blurry than my old glasses. Just all around avoid myeyedoctor if you want to avoid all this. I know I'll be going elsewhere.

I have had nothing but a great experience EVERY single time I've been to MyEyeDr. on Gulf to Bay. If there are any issues with the contacts not fitting or not being comfortable, they will take care of you. All employees were extremely kind and professional! If I could give them a bonus star I would.

The people who do my eye exam are great however those who attend front desk are unprofessional, It's been almost a month since they told me my glasses are ready for pick up.however theres never a doctor available ( they always mention something about the law not letting them give out glasses if there's no doctor ) so I went Wednesday there wasn't a doctor I asked if there would be one on Saturday they said no so I asked for the following Saturday they said yes now they won't pick up the phone. The customer service here is incredibly rude which is crazy because Myeyedoctor is known for Having relatively good customer service not this location I guess.The only reason I gave it two stars at all was for the doctors who did my exam.
