First time I have been to an eye exam appointment in 2-3 years, and this was the best experience I have ever had. From the very welcoming tech Kyana, amazing eye doctor Dr. Dickson, and very knowledgeable sales guy Collin. I will definitely recommend all my friends to come here and will becoming back from future appointments.

The level of care provided by Dr. Dickson was absolutely amazing. She took the time to walk through every possible scenario with me to truly find the perfect prescription something that my previous eye doctors had not been able to do. She was extremely professional and very thorough in her explanations of her treatment plan for me. Highly recommend this practice.

This is my second time coming to this office for an appointment, and I had a great experience each time. The doctor I saw was Dr. Dickson and the staff here, and they were all very welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. They put me at ease and answered all my questions without me feeling rushed or pressured. Also, the office is nice, easy to get to, and has a good parking lot. I will recommend this office to my family and friends.

I ended up being impressed overall, but my experience started off poorly. When I entered the store, I was greeted by a very unfriendly front desk employee who didn't explain the check-in process and added a $39.99 charge to my copay without any explanation. When I asked about it, she couldn't give me an answer. A supervisor (I'm assuming) stepped in and explained the charge, and I agreed to it rather than having my eyes dilated. Once I was taken back for the exam, I was given a few tests by someone who seemed unsure of what they were doing, which made me uncomfortable. After that, I waited in another room for the doctor. The doctor herself was excellent. She was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and completely changed my impression of the visit. After the exam, I was helped with selecting glasses, and that experience was also great. The staff assisting with eyewear was friendly and helpful. Prices were on the higher side, but I did purchase good-quality name brand glasses and sunglasses. Overall, I'm conflicted. While the doctor and eyewear staff were impressive, the front desk experience and initial testing left a bad impression. I'm not sure if I'll return, and I may consider trying another eye doctor or eyeglass provider in the future.

Doctor Dickson and staff are very nice, they listen to you, and the exam through purchase of new eye glasses are very comprehensive and positive. An all around great experience with caring professionals. My wife and I are happy we have found a new eye care home. We recommend these professionals to anyone in Clearwater looking for comprehensive eye care. Thank you all for a very positive visit.

Very kind and helpful staff. The dr was amazing. I really didn't have money to dilated. I didn't feel shamed into. The dr looked with another instrument. All looked good so it wasn't to much of a deal not doing that. She actually talked to me about what she seen and thought.. I was very happy. The frames are costly. The sales lady was very helpful. She found me many affordable frames. She showed a lot of patience.

Very pleased with my experience at Pearle Vision today. Layla was very kind and helpful getting me scheduled and checked in. Doc was very polite and knowledgeable. & Collin was absolutely amazing in helping me choose and decide on frames and the best add-on options for me. 10/10 Highly Recommend :) Can't wait to pick the glasses up and see how I like them!
