I had a great experience at my eye appointment. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the doctor was very thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and the whole visit was smooth and efficient. Highly recommend!

You haven't had a thorough eye exam UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN HERE. In my opinion this the most underutilized service that Costco offers. So grateful to have found Dr Pham. I was having trouble with one eye causing issues with a test for the state. A previous doctor had told me "well those are just your eyes and have to deal with it" But Dr Pham did some thorough tests , listened to my concerns and acknowledged my situation and got me a solution! Thank you so much to you and your staff for what you do.

I have used Dr Pham for 2 years now, and have been nothing less than very impressed. Her equipment for eye care/diagnosis seems to be top notch, but better than that, she makes quite an effort to make sure you walk out of there with the right prescription. I highly recommend her.

So glad to have found Dr Kim Pham!! She is so friendly and knowledgeable. I came because I was concerned about seeing occasional strange slight flickering like vision in my peripheral for a couple minutes off and on the past year or so... she did a thorough exam with the newest updated technology equipment, and then was able to assure me after the immediate results that it was nothing to worry about, she had heard of this before and it is caused by blood flow and though they don't know why it happens, it is no cause for concern. I was SO relieved, as it had been causing me some anxiety. I will be back here for future eye exams and my boyfriend will get his done here in the future as well. She offers a reasonable and affordable price for out of pocket pay if your insurance does not cover vision. What a relief to know I now have a new eye doctor after moving to Florida from Colorado 3 years ago.

Dr. Pham was personable, knowledgeable and professional. I have great prescriptions from her that really made my vision clearer. She wa thorough and explained my new prescription and what the exam revealed.
