The selection of frames, in addition to terrific prices are superb ! I have been getting my Eyewear for years at Sam's club. I have another club membership that meets my dietary needs , but I will be renewing my Sam's club membership based soley on the exceptional Optical department !

My family and I have been shopping at Sams, since it was PACE. I took my teen son for eyeglasses there 2 years ago. He chose the most costly frame. (which looked great on him) A frame that would have cost 3X the price elsewhere. I like the three specialists that works there. The girl has a very likeable, gentle personality that works well with kids and women, she is very calm and patient. Marcus is very matter-of-fact, which works for men. He's very knowledgeable in matters that deal with the EYES, and always willing to share valuable insights on things that matters to the patients. The other gentleman also does an exceptional job, even though I've never had a chance to interact with him, other than saying 'hi' but I listen sometimes when hes with patients. I like the fact that they know, and do what they do, very well, and I would even say, with excellence. They don't have to stop, and ask someone else 12 questions, and keep back patients. Since then, my family and I, have chosen to have our eye exams, and eyewear done at Sams, and have recommended families, and friends to take a second look at the Vision Center.
Together they all are a great fit, that suits The Sams Community.

I wanted to personally thank both "Dave" and "Mark" for their kindness and professionalism both times I went in. I have a very high correction and it is difficult to find glasses that work with the lenses I need. Dave was very nice and helped me find a pair that would work, usually I am told to just "look around until I find a pair." That is a waste of time for me as I need to know which frames will work with correction lenses I require. Dave was very understanding and made the process very quick. I was shocked at how reasonable the prices are. The final total including the warranty was less than half of what my Dr's office quoted me! My glasses arrived in less than a week, I went in and met "Mark" who is also extremely knowledgable and appears to genuinly care about what he does. After seeing my correction, asked me if I knew I was at a higher risk for certain conditions i.e. retinal/vitreous detachment, etc. As an R.N. I greatly appreciate him doing this as not many people know what the signs and symptoms are. He fitted my new glasses and I was out the door! I absolutely love my new glasses and they are very stylish! Thank you so much!

As a former associate of sams, this sams club is a disgrace to all other clubs. Member experience is below par every single experience. Deserves a 0/5 stars. Can't believe I keep my plus membership when I have Costco membership.
Corporate needs to come back in and retrain management in a manner that outlines what is expected from the oversight of front line associates!!!! Member services is awful.

Mark and the other two there blamed my wife for bad glasses ~ said you need to hold what your reading out in front of you~said she was moving her head to much~don't move the glasses on your head~ also you'll never find any cheaper glasses~ horrible place ~ tried to make them again same thing~ then said try them for a week!~ everything was blurry & like three D~I said that's it! Why is everything her fault? Give us our money back!!! Went to Walmart completely different experience!! Perfect pair of glasses ~ first time ~ better frames ~lot more to choose from~ not more expensive ~Thank you Walmart ~

Worst eye center in the whole world....by far!!! No human touch, no empathy whatsoever. The only reason I go is because my glasses are still under warranty but I think thrice before going there. the only one with human touch is Dr Betz! all the others and I mean all of the other ones have no human quality! Either they get paid $5.00 an hr or they all have the most miserable life that you can ever imagine. My warranty expires Sept 30,2018, today is October 29,2017. I still have a whole long year to go! i just hope I don't ever have to go back!
