This was my 1st time here. They were all "correct". Receptionists very kind. Like in any Dr's office they always make you wait. At least here 1 of the front desk ladies came to the waiting room with a cart offering snacks and drinks. That was a plus. The Dr. who saw me explained the options I have for my specific situation. In average "all good".
I will come back, by far its the best eye Dr. experience I had in many years.

Extremely disappointed with the poor care. During one of my visits my vision was checked and I was given an eyeglass prescription. The prescription was so wrong (I could see better without them) I had to go to another doctor to get a proper prescription (incurring additional cost). When I sent a letter to St. Luke's to request a refund for a failed service (showing them the correct prescription) there was complete silence - not even a "no sorry we don't do that".
Just because they are a medical facility does not absolve them from following ethical business practices, not to mention, the medicine can be considered below standard of care.

Excellent patient care. On time professional and very friendly. Rian met us and took us to the exam room. She was excellent getting all of the preliminary work completed before Dr Hoffert came in. Dr Hoffert clearly explained everything he was doing in a relaxed manner. He spent as much time as necessary to answer any questions. If you are in need of eye care this is the group to go to. You'll be happy you did.

I bring mom for over a year to your office you have caring wonderful staff. However today Oct 6 @2 pm we were standing at the desk as and my mom was trying to converse with an older woman somewhat in her 80s or 90s even and she was trying speak and the young blonde receptionist was so rude to them both sayingibr on checking in? And she was looking at me yelling over the lady and my mom embarrassing both of them and I was very angry...she should not be in this front greeting your patients they areostly old a need s caring thoughtful individual not a rushed young lady who seems not to care.

Terrible service. I had an appointment last week at 2:50pm. I always show up 15 minutes before appointments. 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I still wasn't called into a room. There was a woman waiting over an hour for her appointment with the same doctor. I left because she was still waiting. When I went to the desk to reschedule for either the Clearwater or Tarpon Springs location, there was nothing available. Nothing. They have no one at Clearwater for this week. Really? How do you have no doctors at Clearwater? This is all poor time management, overbooking patients, very poor planning. I've used St Luke's many times. I had 2 cataract surgeries in Tarpon Springs at St Luke's about 10 years ago. They used to be great. I'm extremely disappointed. I shouldn't have to wait an hour, shouldn't have to drive 45 minutes to Tarpon Springs. People deserve better. I'm going to another practice today. I'm sad and disappointed with St. Luke's. Hopefully I'll have better service today.

Check your charges! While my visit was pleasant, I received unauthorized charges after I left the facility. I called and left a voicemail the next day since billing closes at 3 pm. No call back. I called back the following day again and was given no explanation other than freak mistake, that someone else's charges were added to MY card by mistake and refunded after I caught it! I asked for a supervisor to call me back , no call back or follow up. I called again, having to speak to the same Jaclyn that misinformed me multiple times, stating someone called me to make me aware of the issues, lie. She informed me the refund was initiated on the 27th after my voicemail and my bank informed me it was not initiated until the 28th. All while over talking me and repeating the same incorrect not suffice information. Please beware.
