Jenna at the Target Optical Center in Clearwater has handled my eyewear purchases and needs for several years. She always has a smile on her face and checks every available option to get customers the best pricing on contacts and frames. She also makes recommendations on how best to utilize insurance coverage and follows through on orders and calls. The optical center also has nice frames at reasonable prices and the hours are more convenient than some optometry centers. I highly recommend!

Jenna is absolutely exceptional!! She and her colleagues, including Yolanda, are the most amazing and knowledgeable staff, anywhere!! Jenna goes above and beyond and will do additional steps to research to see if the glasses you're interested in might come in a different size and a color that you might like better. Her exceptional customer service, efficiency, and attention to detail is superior. I would not go anywhere else for glasses or an exam than this location (Gulf to Bay Blvd in Clearwater, FL) and I could not be happier!! I have bought a few pairs of glasses here over the years. They score a 1000 out of 10 in my review! I can not praise these employees enough!

I went to target optical because I'm an employee and with my insurance it was the right place to go and that's where I spoke to Mrs Rodriguez which I believe she is the TL. She was very nice and helped me pick out my frames and told me when I should receive them and she answered all my questions and concerns. She is awsome and was a great experience. Melannie was incredible. I had been avoiding getting "real" glasses for months, but I'm so thankful I waited and had the best experience ever finding my new frames. Not only did Melannie give me multiple styles to try, she was honest about the look and didn't quit until she found the perfect pair for me. One I honestly never would have even tried on.
She was also so patient as I probably tried on over 20 pairs. She explained and taught me multiple things about having glasses and the
adjustment period that would be needed. All I can say is I was very impressed and so grateful for the excellent experience and service I received from Melannie!

Everyone is very polite and professional. I always get a great deal or some promotion going on that saves me money. Victoria has always been so good with being thorough and loves her work. I benefit from her dedication. My concerns are: my eyesight seems to keep getting worse and worse. She then goes on to explain why that is as I'm aging but after checking out my eyes and sight, this is what she prescribed so I can see like Im young again. Her and her staff are always a joy to work with
