I recently had an issue with a new prescription that just wasn't right. After getting an updated prescription, I was feeling pretty frustrated and unsure if things would get resolved.
Thankfully, David, the tech, completely turned the experience around. He was incredibly patient, kind, and thorough. He took the time to carefully adjust my frames multiple times and truly listened to what I was experiencing. He never made me feel rushed or dismissed -- he just kept working with me until we found the best solution.
Dorela, the manager, was also supportive during the process, and I appreciate her assistance while everything was being sorted out.
In the end, we sent the glasses back with the updated prescription, and they came back perfect -- I absolutely love them now! Huge kudos to David for his outstanding customer service and for sticking with me through the process. His professionalism and care made all the difference.
