Dr. Henry E. Glick, DO

All my years of going to doctor's offices, I've never seen such callous and complete disregard of a doctor toward his patients. First, it is almost impossible to find a parking space, which I found after 35 minutes of circling around. The receptionist even suggested that I get valet parked but after 10 minutes of waiting the attend was AWOL. I decided to go back and tried my luck and finally found someone leaving who helped me take her space. Once I got to the office, the receptionist who was very nice, informed the doctor about my predicament to which he responded: "That's not my problem. That's their problem." Embarrassed, she was trying to get me to reschedule. I declined for I have no intention of having such a doctor to tend to my medical needs let alone take my hard-earned money.

The office staff and Dr. Glick all rushed everything. I forgot to ask any questions. The office is too busy and not enough time is taken for each visit. Then, they kept calling me, texting, and mailing a huge bill after my insurance already paid in full. I had to block their number it got so out of hand. I will never go back. I had wonderful experiences at Costco eye department.

I had cataract and needed surgery .In less Than an hour ,he did The test and ready for Surgery in 10 days WOW. BUT I need $3000 dollars ,you are not covered with insurance . The next day I called my Insurance . I WAS COVERED .Had conference call and they still refused . My Friend with same insurance paid $0

I called to schedule a yearly appointment for my son to be checked by Dr. Glick last week, the lady that answered the phone was very kind at first. She asked what the visit was for, I said it was a yearly appointment for my son and that he would be needing a prescription to obtain glasses somewhere else. She said oh no, we don't do that here and if he wants a script for glasses, it would be an extra $75. I was very confused as the first visit with Dr. Glick, my son did get a script for glasses for free. I said to the lady, this makes no sense!! To write numbers on a paper for an exam that is going to be done we have to pay $75. She got really heated and screamed it's not just numbers it's a whole other test!! I called BS and she knew she was wrong. My son has been seeing an eye specialist since he was a kid and we have NEVER been charged for a prescription for glasses. I understand if it was like $5 or $10 but $75 is highway robbery. We are going to another doctor and I highly recommend to stay away from here

I was hesitant to make an appointment after seeing a recent review that the office was filthy. But, I had seen other reviews here and on other sites that didn't suggest this issue and that they had received good care from the doctor. So I moved forward. Here's my experience: The office was clean and up-to-date. The front office was very accommodating. I was a new patient and had an eye issue that needed to be looked at sooner rather than later. They worked to get me in quickly and told me to call right away if I encountered certain issues. The office ran on time and I was pleased by the attention and thoroughness of the exam that I received from Dr. Glick. I have a follow-up exam in six months and will be returning there.

Never got past the initial phone call. Front office, at least the woman I spoke with was RUDE. When asked about my insurance, I stated the name of the company to which she replied "Never heard of it". My insurance provider is part of UnitedHealth Group, the largest health insurance company IN THE WORLD in terms of revenue. Her ignorance was no excuse for her rudeness. You can tell a lot about a doctor by the behavior of their staff.

I just want to say that Dr. Glick a great doctor!! I've been coming here for over seven , he took care of my eye problems I had surgery and the outcome was amazing. The office is very clean. The staff is very pleasant and they treat you with CPR courtesy/professionalism/respect thank you for a great experience.

I didn't change my insurance so I could keep him as my ophthalmologist. Thanks for my eye care!!!
