I made the app days ago, asked many times if they took my insurance, they confirmed yes. They took all my insurance information and again confirmed. The office called late yesterday afternoon to confirm my app, not saying anything if there was any problem about excepting my insurance . I called today and asked how long it will take time wise bc I depend on transportation. They said we do not take your insurance and tried to sell me their specials, she claimed There was a message left, ask what time did they call, I caught her in her own lie, I spoke to the same girl late afternoon and she said nothing about my insurance just to confirm the appointment. I was shock on how this was Handled by this eye care center. The scam of bait and switch and the lies just to get clients in, I will place a complaint in with better business. This is no way to run a business. I would not recommend this eye care business

I know most people do not enjoy coming to the doctors office but premium eye care definitely is great and I've been coming here for years. From the front staff to the doctors, everyone is just so nice. I did want to give a special shout out to Jennifer and Ashima who are always so kind, patient, and helpful especially when I'm feeling indecisive when it comes to picking out my new glasses.

This office really does have exceptional staff. I've been bringing my children here, my friend comes here as well, and the experience has been wonderful. The nice ladies at the front desk are always friendly and welcoming, making my kids feel comfortable as soon as we arrive. They have always been wonderful to us. All the docs are pretty cool and very thorough. They also have the best glasses there. I highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking quality eye care for their family!
