I had such a great experience at my eye appointment! The entire process was smooth, Lana was professional, and incredibly efficient. I was able to complete my eye exam and receive my glasses the very same day, which was amazing. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The staff was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciate the quick service without feeling rushed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality care and fast results!

We had such a wonderful experience at Stanton Optical! Bella was incredibly patient and kind during my 8 year old's eye exam. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and made him feel completely comfortable. It can be hard keeping kids focused during appointments, but she was truly amazing. I also have to mention that their equipment seemed much more advanced compared to other places we've been, which made the whole process feel very thorough and professional. Lauri at the front desk was just as wonderful she was so helpful while we picked out his glasses, made sure I understood all the deals available, and was extremely patient with us throughout the process. Overall, such a great experience. I would 100% recommend Stanton Optical!

well before I went in I look at all the reviews I'm not gonna lie I was extremely skeptical of the price but i was quickly corrected on that amongst other things seeing my current job does not provide vision insurance I had to do my due diligence that fit my situation so I have a lot to talk about so scale things that were important to me the number one being the lowest and ten being the highest with that being said let's go.. quality 9: I must say I received more than I bargained for with the price. I am a person who puts my glasses thru the test and ringer I must say I received some quality specs the one would do fine but I ended up getting two I felt like winner winner with a chicken dinner on this service 9: I got there early but I watch them effciently manage customers and possible issues,walk ins,unexpected surprises all with genuine smile. and they answered all the reviews good or bad so for me that says a lot cause if have issues how are you gonna handle me? integrity 9: these are things companies don't think you see. I will say they seem like they hire people who come to do more then just a job even though it is one, their employees care about doing a good job and if they are not sure they will ask others even though they knew the answers but they wanted to make sure price 10: I was expected to spend money out the wazoo however that was not the case it came 50% lower then what I was. expecting to pay which allowed me to get my phone fixed and pay for with the money I save convience 9.5: so I found out about them on a fri night I check their reviews had an appt with "America's best" for 12 pm on Sat but they opened at 9 am and for me they was more cost effective and I needed the glasses badly not in a week after my exam... I pick out my frames before my exam so they knew what I wanted and did the exam and Lori explained I will be possible to get my glasses that day depending on my. results ( honestly I didn't think that was gonna happen) and also we are in Soflo they had a spanish speaker, a Portuguese speaker they were just missing a French & creole speaker which they may have had for all I know. Experience 10: I am a positive customer and if I had a bad experience I would absolutely tell you but Im Really glad to say my experience was so good my mom decided to get sunglasses and I'll be paying more money happily to some progressives lens with transitional tints and I don't mind waiting for them so that was my review of stanton optical and I'm glad I went hope you read this review helpful to you reading. please excuse any typos in this review

I went in the day before New Year's Eve and had an amazing experience. I didn't have an appointment, but they still fit me in and told me when to come back. I have never had an eye exam and gotten my glasses the same day--in less than an hour! I wish I remembered the woman's name because she was incredible and deserves more stars. I'll definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Great service, I was in and out of my eye exam, the staff was very nice and helpful! I also got a great discount for my eye contacts and free eye exam. Definitely recommend them to do glasses and contacts.

Lori is such friendly and refreshing face to see! it's only been a year since i've came back and i wouldn't want to go to any other store but here. Lori is super helpful and amazing, kind with patiences. she helps everyone out accordingly and gives her full 100% attention to the person and does the same for the following patient that comes in. Very kind store and super close to my job, very knowledge too. Lori, i appreciate your help, i was very happy to see you again!

This location is very accommodating! I came in towards the end of the day, no appt and they stayed open late to make my glasses so that I can my 8am meeting without struggling. Exams are efficient and thorough, no waiting around, this is my new favorite eye exam and glasses office!

Extremely Disappointed with Service and Refusal to Refund I came to Stanton Optical in Coral Springs to replace the lenses in my prescription sunglasses. They offered an eye exam for $79 that would be waived if I proceeded with the lens replacement, which seemed reasonable, so I accepted. After the exam with a saleswoman a teledoctor (Dr. Kelly Kruk D.O.), gave me a prescription that included a cylinder correction (-0.5 both eyes). This is where the problems began. I only wear glasses for driving, not full-time. I've had prescription glasses with cylinder correction before, and they make me dizzy and sick because I don't wear them consistently enough to adjust. My scratched sunglasses only have sphere correction (no cylinder), and they work perfectly for my needs. I simply wanted to replace those lenses with the same type of correction. I asked the shop to make new lenses using only the sphere values from my prescription (-2.75 and -2.5), omitting the cylinder. They refused, saying only the prescribing doctor could modify the prescription. So, I scheduled an appointment to speak with Dr. Kruk about modifying the prescription. When I arrived on time: - The doctor wasn't there yet with no estimated arrival time - Five people were already waiting ahead of me - When I asked for a new appointment, the earliest available was over 2 weeks away - I'll be out of the continent in 2 weeks for an extended period - They refused to let me simply speak with the doctor by phone to request this minor modification Now I'm stuck with a prescription I literally cannot use. If I want to replace my sunglass lenses, I have to go to a different optometrist and pay for another eye exam. When I asked Stanton Optical to refund my $79, they refused. I paid for a service that included both an eye exam AND lens replacement. I'm not getting the lens replacement, and the prescription is unusable for my needs due to their inflexibility. Yet they're keeping my money while I have to pay another doctor to repeat the same exam. I understand that things don't always work out, and I'm not upset that they couldn't accommodate my needs. What's unacceptable is their refusal to refund payment for a service that was never completed and resulted in an unusable prescription. Their rigid policies showed zero consideration for the customer or the situation. I cannot recommend Stanton Optical in Coral Springs. Poor customer service and unwillingness to make things right when their service didn't meet the customer's needs.
