I have a great experience at Vision Source! The doctor is very kind, honest, and she takes the time to ensure all of your questions are answered and completed a thorough exam. We will be returning to get the rest of the family's eyes checked. Would definitely recommend!

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, the dr. was very nice and sweet, she took her time to explain things and provided recommendations that no other dr. provided to me in the past, she will make you feel like you are important and that you really matter. Also the staff was really nice and patient.

As a new patient I can honestly say that my routine eye exam was the most thorough eye exam I've ever had. Dr. Medina was very professional and caring. I felt extremely comfortable the entire time. She took her time, especially with the "which is better... 1 or 2, 2 or 3, etc. Slow and making sure to be as accurate as possible. I was amazed. Patient for life. Neil

I came to this place last year with my insurance allowed me 150$ in frames the ones they have are pretty cheap and ugly the nice ones are way overprice, they add a few hundreds to it to make it up I ended paying almost 700$ for a pair of Mont black frames with lenses I went this week to Costco I got 2 nice frames Tom Ford and Temi with the lenses for only 387$ TWO frames and lenses Vision Source charged me almost double for 1 pair big difference I'll never coming back to this place.

I highly recommend this optometry office. The staff and doctor are extremely caring, knowledgeable, and patient. They will take the time to not only answer all your questions, but they are very thorough with explanations. Dr. Medina is the best optometrist I have ever had. She performed an alignment test for my eyes, using a virtual reality device. She explained the results and my options for fixing the alignment. Throughout my appointment, she was very patient and kind. She explained every step of the exam and what each machine does. I was diagnosed with dry eye, and she made recommendations on how I can relieve the symptoms and slow the progression of the condition. All of her recommendations were really helpful. The girl at the front desk was so helpful. She explained my insurance benefits in great detail and provided guidance on how I should use the benefits to my advantage and save the most money. Javier, the optician, spent about 2 hrs with me. He showed me so many beautiful frames and options for lenses. He was extremely patient, as I was going back and forth. This guy is a gem. He is an important part of the office because he has so much contact time with each patient that makes a purchase for eyeglasses. He is so knowledgeable about each product and will provide pros and cons for everything. I loved all of his detailed explanations and all of it assisted me in my decisionmaking. I'm so happy I found this office. They are the most amazing people! I bet it is a great work environment.

Only great things to say. All the staff is wonderful. I can't thank Dr. Medina enough for all she has done for our family. If you want a doctor who truly cares about you and your well-being, this is the place to go!!
