I came in to get my vision exam as a new patient. I had my two year old son with me, who sat quietly the entire time. After my brief 5 minute exam, Dr. Friefeld brought my prescription to the front desk and told the worker, while chuckling, "Here's her prescription, I think that kid is special needs or something." The worker laughed loudly and replied "Hey, you said it, not me." I don't know if they thought I wouldn't hear them inside of the dead silent and empty office but I found this extremely unprofessional. As I sat to get my quote, another male worker came behind the desk to gossip to the front desk worker about another employee who was not present. They involved the woman who was giving me the quote and she tried to include me, to gossip about someone that I don't even know. This is probably the most unprofessional experience I've ever had.

I could tell the Dr. has been doing this for a long time. He was friendly and was very helpful with my current vision situation. He did seem a bit in a rush. The exam took maybe 10 minutes. He dictated his recommendations for me in a recorder, but I didn't receive the information. He did suggest dry eye ointment brand but I could not remember which one it was. I am afraid of taking any since there has been many recalls. They have a good selection of frames, with reasonable prices. Hope the prescription works.

Dr. Steven Friefeld is a very caring eye doctor. He carefully does the eye exam in determining your prescription. You never feel that he is rushing you but puts you at ease. I strongly recommend Dr. Friefeld for eye exam and you will be glad to have your eyes checked at Visioncare in Coral Springs, FL.

Marlene, at the Coral Springs location is the absolute best. She was patient, knowledgeable and very pleasant. I'm sure it wasn't easy taking care of a family of four at the same time. She did an awesome job assisting us with our selections and paperwork as quickly as possible.

When I go for an eye exam I'm usually weary that I will get over charged for the glasses. Well this place is very different. The doctor was exceptional. He listened and gave great advice. Also, I would recommend working with Alex to find the perfect glasses. He was informative and went above and beyond to help me. It was very affordable! I will go back!

I was very happy with my services here. I am 43 & it's my 1st time getting glasses. Dr. Grief elf was terrific! My daughter needed glasses for the 1st time as well & they were very patient helping up look for frames. Also because of COVID-19 they were constantly cleaning & took the frames you touched off the shelf for cleaning. Very impressed & highly recommend this place.

I've been wearing glasses over 10 years and this experience was stellar from beginning to end. From the moment I stepped into the space I was treated like a client as opposed to a customer. My test experience was positive and thorough as well as my frame and lens purchase. Everyone was incredibly honest from jump. I loved it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

First time over there, I usually go to Target or LensCrafters! I was quite disappointed to learn they removed the on site lab! I still had a great experience. Kim and Laura were very helpful, they explained everything in detail and made sure I understood what I was getting from my insurance. The process was a breeze with Dr.Steven, and Everything was accurate! They will continue to seeing me. Can't wait for my glasses to come in!
