Your customer service is phenomenal. Dr Mikhail is a kind and caring doctor who takes the time to listen to me and answer all of my questions. Linda is professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I'm sorry that I didn't get the other gal's name as she's also professional, and always has a smile. It is a joy to come into the new location in Deland, Florida, and see the well lit and comfortable environment.

Got my eyes checked, glasses I ordered 3rd party came in waaay off. Robyn was terrible, on the phone AND in person. Saw the manager Patti when I came in and she turned my experience semi around, checked my glasses and saw everything was good with them and they match exactly what my script should've been so I just requested to get my eyes rechecked, was told it should be covered cause I could have just not been accurate enough that day...got called an hour before my appt saying I'd have to pay when I was told it was free if it was within 30 days. The doctor wasn't too personable when I saw him in office anyway....so no loss when cancelled my recheck appointment. I understand they could be my fault for not completely making sure I was seeing correctly when he initially checked my vision, but it doesn't help when the doctor doesn't seem like he even wants to be there and rushing you thru the lens changes...this was my first and last time going here.

I made an appointment on my lunch break for 12:20 got here and wasn't greeted by anyone. I seen two people waiting so I asked them if there was sign in sheet which they said no so I just sat down waiting for the employees to finish with them and then I received a text message while in the office saying I was a no call no show and the Dr left for his break! Waste of my time, maybe if someone had said
"Hello, welcome to Visionworks I'll be right with you or how can I help you" instead of having tunnel vision I would have been able to keep my appointment. Very frustrating!
