Dr. Lori Espinoza

This is the worst experience I have had with a doctor! I would never recommend her. She was not patient with me. Everything started off good until she had to help me find a solution. She tried to rush me out and recommended that I just revert back to my old prescription instead of helping me fix the issue with the new prescription. Never again

5 patients behind! I got there on time for my appointment and the doctor expected me to wait for him to attend 5 patients before me because he was behind.. And if I don't ask they don't say anything, they would have had me waiting there all day!! So the patient is supposed to be on time and the doctor attends others relaxed by their own clock! Awful!!

I have been going to Dr. Espinoza for almost 20 years now. i've never been happier with one of my medical care providers. She has been with me since I first got glasses I'm a fully grown adult now and I would never change eye doctors. From basic upkeep with my eyes to any sort of issue that I have with them, she's always there For me And family.

5/5! I called last minute for an urgent appointment and she took her lunch break to see me. She super sweet and genuinely cares for the health of her patients. I highly recommend if you ever need to be seen ASAP for any eye discomfort, my eye is feeling slightly better already!

Not recommended! Dr. Espinoza is part of my visual insurance network (Davis Vision + Independence) and I just visited to perform an annual routine test exam. Just to describe the visit, Dr. took measurements of my current prescription glasses and after that she proceed with a very poorly visual acuity test (seated in front of an eye chart)... She didn't take any kind of digital telemetry in my eyes (refraction testing), no pupil reactions, no tonometer, no nothing.... This is the first time in my life that I write a review to a doctor appointment... just imagine how frustrated I'm now that I can't use my insurance benefit for test with another doctor. In addition, the only technical test that Dr. performed was a retinal picture (additional +$40) that just to clarify, it was not part of the annual routine exam...

The worst experience, first time and she charge me a copay that wouldn't suppose to charge, the service terrible, and usually a doctor gave you, a pair of contact lenses, to try for a week, and see if you're filling comfortable, no lenses, for me I never going to recommend her.

Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and quick...Unlike other offices that make you waste hours just waiting around. These guys are really great. Even from my initial call to book the appointment Andre was really helpful and got me the info and appointment I needed. Thank you guys! Glad I found you!

Worst eye exam ever. Not thorough at all. Avoid if you can going to her.
