MedEye Associates Doral

I went to see a doctor and paid my $75 copay, ended up seeing an APRN (Advance Practice Registered Nurse), not Doctor. My insurance referred me to them for a referral , and they REFUSED; stating that they could provide the service I needed. I told them I had been with my RETINA specialist for over 10 yrs, but they still REFUSED! NEVER SEEING THEM AGAIN!!!!!!

My father had cataract surgery last month with Dr. Segal, and was left with severe complications that affect the quality of life my dad has now. My dad was told to use eyedrops (that don't improve his discomfort) or perform an additional surgery that would result in reduced vision. I warn future patients: please go somewhere else for care.

You what hours in every appointment. They never answer the phone. Or wait for an answer after 40 min. Doctors good. But I rather go elsewhere

Worst professional service that I've experienced in my life. Right at this moment, I am sitting in the waiting room after 2 hours passed from my appointment time. The guy at the reception was very rude responding to my complaint basically telling me that he doesn't care and I have to complaint to the doctor. If it wasn't because a I have an undefined eye condition, I would have left already. I am not surprised why this institution has so bad reviews.

I have 1 star just to have opportunity of expressing my terrible experience at Doral lication No customer service at all. First time, I will not recommend it.. A specialist, Girl. So unprofessional. Easy access, splendid place. Front office employee courteous and knowledgeable. The technician who saw me very good, but my Doctor, Dr. Raja is the best. He listens, analyzes and gives responses to my worries. I am very happy to have found him and I truly recommend this ophthalmologist office in Doral.

My brother had an appointment here We did everything we could for the appointment but they have no response for the patient we waited and waited and even if we called for Hours and days nothing they are doing a bad job and this place should go bankrupt, we had to wait over 2-3 Hours because they where Eating they where thinking otherwise about us my mom would take them to court for such a bad service, It took Hours and all they told to my brother was he had an infeccion caused by a virus the most unthinkable answer. They put us to wait outside like nothing. This was such a bad place my mom was pretty close to get them to court. "Do not go to this place, I repeat do not come here".

With the reviews that I am reading, it is have better not to go to that place. I made an appointment to see myself there with Dr. Joana. I hope my experience Will be not as bad as the ones I have read. Google Review asks me for a star to publish my opinion, if not, they will not accept a comments I'll write 3 without really knowing what it will be with me When I go I will edit my opinion and I will really write the star they deserve
