Konowal Vision Center

Department of all has been taken care of my eye problems for over 22 years now. My personal opinion she's the best I've ever known in the eye department she's caring, she's pleasant and she makes you feel important every time you go there and treat you like a friend not a patient.

I recently had successful cataract surgery done on both my eyes by Dr Konowal. I feel very strongly and highly recommend Dr. Alexandra Konowal for being not only a highly skilled professional but also a compassionate and kind human being. Her back up team both in her office and at Saint Mark's surgery center are outstanding people and reflect her care and concern for her patients. I have needle phobia and was very pleasantly surprised by the careful and kind treatment I received through a technician named Gisele, she set my IV for both surgeries quickly and with minimal pain. Dr. Konowal was recommended to my husband through his cornea transplant surgeon back in Illinois years ago. She has been taking care of my husband's transplanted cornea support, and follow up for years now here in Florida. Our family feels very strongly and securely in trusting Dr. Konowal.

I have been seeing Dr. Konowal since she performed Lasik surgery in December, 2003. She has always been very professional but also friendly. I have never felt rushed in her care. In October she performed cataract surgery on one eye, and the results are amazing! My vision is crisp and clear and 20/20. I'm very happy with her and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Had cataract surgery and am very happy with The results. First time in 60 years without Needing glasses! Dr. Konowal knows what she is doing, I recommended her to a friend who also had great results. staff are efficient and pleasant.

I've had two cataract surgeries and both have given me perfect vision. DR. Konowal certainly knows what she is doing. You don't feel like you are one of many, she treats you with respect. I was quite impressed to get a personal phone call from Dr. Kojowal the night of my surgery to see how I was. I now have 20/20 for both near and far. Very happy with the outcome.

I had a both-eye emergency on a Thursday night. Was about to go to ER Friday morning but called Dr. Konowal. She set up appointment immediately, diagnosed problem, presecribed proper medication, followed up the next two Mondays. Healed! She is a rock star in ophthalmology, as far as I'm concerned.

Did not enjoy the staff or service at all. Was unable to read the line asked, and still was told "this is your prescription" instead of them trying to adjust it so I had a better time reading it. It was a weaker prescription than previous years which I'm not happy about, I have headaches every day without my glasses! Every staff member i met wasnt friendly and Dr. Konowol had the audacity to insult me on my weight. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR. Please, go somewhere else!
