Meilys was great to work with at Optical Outlets. She was super patient, easy to talk to, and made the whole process feel simple instead of overwhelming. She took her time explaining everything and really listened to what I needed. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people. Such a positive experience. I'd definitely recommend asking for her!

One word for this place-AVOID. My husband and I went in for appts scheduled 15 minutes apart. First off, it did not look clean in there. The air conditioning seems to be off. It was uncomfortably warm. Every waiting chair was taken. I thought to ask if all of the people in there were being seen before me as I had an appt and was prompt. She confirmed they were all before me even though the clock was on the dot for my scheduled appt. I asked if they had appts as well and she said they did and that that's why they're before me. So I said, then you're running behind schedule? She said no! You do the math. If each appt is scheduled in a 15 minute block and I'm on time but there are 7 people in front of me, I'm not getting seen on time. We left without being seen. This place needs to understand that their patients time is as valuable as their time. They wouldn't appreciate it if their patients arrived late and acted like it was not a problem. She also acted like something was wrong with me for questioning this. When a professional company schedules an appt. they see the patient at the time they scheduled them. Unless you want a really bad experience like this, I would highly suggest going elsewhere where you are a valued customer. Not valuing my time is where they lost me as a customer and why I'm warning others not to go here.

The doctor and staff at this location are amazing and got me out quickly! I actually learned about eye health and got helpful pointers to keep my eyes healthy. Ana and Meiyls are easy to talk to and helpful. If you want a helpful, low-stress eye doctor appointment, this is the place for you!

The number of frustrated reviews and lack of response from the business owner had me skeptical of this place. However, I think there are some good aspects to this eye center. Although the optometrist seemed very busy, disorganized, and slightly impatient with clients, overall he was knowledgeable and honest (don't remember his name, did he introduce himself?). He taught me a few things about my astigmatism others never mentioned. You can tell he's been doing this for a very long time so I knew I could trust him. The front office technicians and assistants are so kind. It's definitely not a flashy new facility (if that's what you expect) but I would come again because they are so accommodative. Happy I could book online. Thanks for squeezing me in!

I had a great experience for my eye glasses and contact lenses exam. The doctor was direct and straight to the point which I really like. He was direct and honest and I personally loved that it didn't take a long time. I loved that they filed my insurance as well. The girls at the front did a great job measuring me for progressive lenses and helping me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. Highly recommend!

person who helped me ((Ana )was very friendly, patient, and attentive. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my choices. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received.

Definitely pleased with the service. Meily and Ana were the 2 ladies that assisted me. They went above and beyond my expectations. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Despite my son and I were there longer than I expected, the staff took care of all our concerns. We felt very comfortable while we were waiting and at the end, I walked out feeling at ease.

We live in Southwest Florida. It is very hot here. I put in my appointment that I have Multiple Sclerosis because the optic nerve needs to be checked yearly. I went in for my yearly appointment and the air conditioning was not working. There were few people in there so I figured I could wait. I sat there 30 minutes before the doctor came out and said he couldn't serve anyone. I was suffering the beginning of MS heat stroke. I don't know why this location was open with no AC when people with health conditions that don't tolerate heat, like me, need eye exams. The doctor was rude as all get out and I am furious. I have not felt well since. Avoid because they don't care if their customers have health issues.
