America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I have been to Americas Best for many years for my glasses. I am writing this review to warn others. I purchased a pair of glasses in August. They were my special occasion glasses so Ive worn them four times at most. I noticed that the lens have bubbled and it is clearly a defect. They were not scratched or damaged by me because if they were I would obviously just pay and get a new pair. When I attempted to get the lenses replaced they are making me pay for it because I did not purchase their "additional warranty" which is apparently $25 dollars. I did not originally purchase it because I am gentle with my glasses and if they were to break I would just buy a new pair. But now they are insisting that they cannot cover new lenses because they do not have warranty. If you go directly on their website it clearly states that they have manufacturer warranty for one year of purchase. So if that is the case then why are you not covering the replacement for what is clearly a manufacturer defect for the material. Absolutely absurd. I will not be returning here and highly recommend all stay away.

I've been buying my glasses here many years. These people are great. They are always nice. If I break my glasses they fix them and have never charged me for fixing my glasses. They did an eye exam for me a couple weeks ago and did a very good job. I can see so much better with my new glasses and prescription. I highly recommend America's Best and I will not buy glasses from anybody else.

They messed up my prescription it was way too strong. When i went back for them to fix it they tried to convince me it was the correct strength, but i think i know my own eyes people. I was also told that if i had a recheck i would have to pay for the whole thing including new lenses. So now I'm stuck with a completely useless pair of glasses and i have to wait until my insurance to refill....a whole year without being able to see. That's poor form! This is your mistake and you should fix it at your cost! I hope you are better to your other customers nobody works be treated the way I was. The whole time the ladies behind the counter were speaking Spanish... I knew exactly what they were saying about me and it wasn't nice. So yes, i am very disappointed with my visit and anyone who goes here does at their own risk. May you have a better experience than me.

The whole team was amazing! Everyone was very personable and clear with all the instructions and information they shared. They got me in and out in a timely manner on this busy Saturday! Damaris helped me get all the information available from my visit and for future visits, she was an absolute pleasure to speak with!! Also, great music selection playing (:

Havi was awesome!! He was a total professional. He listened to my needs, knew his store and products so well I was able to pick a wonderful set of glasses. Because of his eyeglass knowledge he was able to meet my budget. Together he helped find the perfect fit and I left happy with my choices. He was patient and most importantly knowledgeable. Havi heard me and provided the service and products to meet my needs.

Havi, provided me with excellent customer service he went above and beyond the call of duty. I can in with my sunglasses which I did not purchase from this store, one of the tempo broke from my sunglasses; he fixed the tempo, but he made sure that both tempo was screwed tight and then cleaned them. Please keep in mind he did not have to do that at all. Havi!!! You Rock!! Keep up the great service you provide at America Best!!!
