Collins Vision Center is a well oiled machine with a competent friendly staff who make you feel safe and well taken care of from the girls at the front desk to all the clinicians and doctors. I am looking at cataract surgery and was greeted at my 1st visit by technician Amy who did all my testing. She explained each test as we made our rounds around the various machines and talked about the choices I would be asked to make. On my second visit Abner gave me a thorough acuity exam before I met with Dr Collins who explained my eye problems and what my options were. Together we formed a plan which I am comfortable with. Can't say enough about the efficiency of this operation.

I had Bradley O'Neill perform cataract and astigmatism surgery in both eyes.
One of my cataracts was extremely dense.
Immediately following surgery I saw an amazing difference in my right eye, with the dense cataract.
After I had surgery in my left eye, it was the next day that I could see almost perfectly through both eyes.
I am forever grateful to Bradley O'Neiill
for his expertise and for the ease, the rapid pace and the knowledge and kindness of all staff members and the comfort during all visits and surgeries.
If you are hesitant about getting cataract surgery, please do not wait another day. It will be the very best decision you ever made " guaranteed"

Very professional but also personable. My wife had cataract surgery at another facility but after reading the reviews I choose Collins. I had such a wonderful experience at Collins Vision today, and I absolutely have to give a huge shout-out to Eli! I brought my daughter with me to my appointment, and Eli went far above and beyond to make her feel included. He showed her how the machines worked, let her see what he sees versus what I see as the patient, and even took the time to explain how vision works in a way she could understand. It turned my appointment into a fun little educational moment for her, which meant so much to both of us.
On top of his incredible kindness and professionalism, Eli recently returned from serving our country. We are so grateful for his service, and even more grateful for the warmth and care he showed during our visit.

I visited the office in North Naples on August 19th and had an excellent experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. Dr. Nicole Alessi was great, she took the time go over all my concerns and did not rush me to get to the next patient. Tara and Angie at the the reception desk make you feel like family, there awesome! I was going to bring my Sillouette frames in to have Martha send them out for new lenses, I found out I had purchased insurance that would replace my current glass if the prescription charged within two years and was able to get my glasses replaced for the shipping cost. I will definitely see Martha in the future for my glasses.

I've waited over a year to describe the horrible experience I had with Dr. Collins and his facility. Unfortunately, as I write this review, I continue to cope with a poor outcome after having cataract surgery in both eyes. Despite the unending follow up appointments with other members of his team, I was NEVER permitted to see Dr. Collins to discuss my painful and chronic discomfort, and no effort was made by this physician to address my medical complications. Additionally, he did not thoughtfully or respectfully respond to the worries and concerns I expressed in a written letter submitted several months later. Thus far I've had to see another eye specialist in Sarasota, a rheumatologist in Venice, and an upcoming appointment in Naples to see yet another eye specialist. Unless other options becomes available to me, my visual quality of life will never be the same.
