Dr Burkley and the entire staff are awesome. Very comprehensive and compassionate care. The only place that me and my family trust for our eyes.
1 STAR -- If I could give zero, I would.
Fran's Eyecare is the definition of an eye-factory with zero personal touch and absolutely no real solutions. My husband went in simply needing one lens for one eye. Instead of offering actual care, they slapped a contact in, sent him home for the weekend with no extras, no backup, no guidance -- nothing.
Surprise, surprise... it got stuck in his eye.
He shows up Monday, super uncomfortable, and they tell him, "We can't help you." Then suddenly they could... and removed it. The "solution" they offered next?
Buy multifocal contacts over the counter and good luck. No evaluation. No options. No care plan. Just laziness dressed up as "eyecare."
After he wasted hours driving there and sitting through their nonsense, I tried calling to get the prescription information he needed -- held for seven minutes only to get dumped to an answering machine. No human, no help, no nothing.
This place is pure assembly-line eyecare. If you want basic human attention or actual professional guidance, look literally anywhere else.
Very disappointed. Total waste of time. Never going back.

Monica was such a delight! Very knowledgeable, interested in my case, painless, enjoyable testing.
Dr. Warrior was very personable & her examination was thorough & she advised me well.
One of the testers, was very lax in getting me for my first retinal scan test, letting me wait an extra 40 minutes in the waiting room, with no apology. Very out of character & surprising for this office.
I highly recommend Dr. Warrior & her office & clinical staff.
Frantz eye care, very nice vestibule.
Even better reception area. Everyone that I encountered was very pleasant, personable, and concerned about my concerns. The place I go up north is more assembly line style. I understand it kinda has to be like that. Moving from station to station, but it just didn't feel like that at Frantz. Yup, I'm getting older, but they didn't focus on that at Frantz like I get up north. I truly feel like the people at Frantz strive to be the best.
Thank you Frantz EyeCare
This place is what we used to call back up north a meat market. It's a one stop shop where they have all the doctors and they run you through like cattle. Not only do you have to sit there for an hour to wait for your appointment but then after you see the first doctor, you have to wait another 45 minutes for another doctor and then they tell you you need cataract surgery and then on top of that, they tell you have a problem with your eyes so you have to schedule for two more doctors in their practice and make two separate appointments on top of that. And then they wanna build whatever insurances you have to the max and still collect ridiculous amounts of money on top of that. I used to go to the Lehigh office, which was actually pretty cool, but then coming to this location put a bad taste in my mouth, not only because of the long weights and the corporate nonsense that goes on there but then when I did come back for one of these appointments with the specialist and I drove over an hour to get there the first thing I'm told is that I'm a self-pay, which I am not. So I show the girl my insurance cards. Yes plural and she goes to tell me that my insurance company dropped them. So now she wants to collect $500 just for a consultation. So I basically told her to cancel any future appointments because if that's the case, I will not be coming back there. So I called my insurance company right away and after berating them, I'm told that they did not drop the practice that the practice dropped them. So again, meat market cash cow whatever you wanna call it definitely would stay away from this company because they're all about the money. Not only do they not call me to tell me the insurance is no longer accepted, but they just assumed I'm gonna pay them $500 and then lie to me and say that my insurance company dropped them when it's the other way around. Total scam it's just a rich getting richer.
Staff were very friendly and professional. The building was very nice and I didn't have to wait for examination. After explaining what I needed Dr Nguyen was excellent and met my expectations!
I would recommend this eye center!
Couldn't have asked or expected anything other than 5 Star Care and treatment at Frantz EyeCare. Technicians Lessie and Brock are courteous and professional providing great care and communication throughout. Dr. Haidet provided a thorough exam, evaluation and always provides great care. Look forward to my next annual visit
I had a wonderful experience with Dr Frantz's team. From the front staff to the back office, everyone is very kind. I was seen by Dr Hogan, and she and Lessie were wonderful and very thorough. I am a disabled veteran and I have to use a Cain and it was very easy to get around. Thank all of you at Dr. Frantz for making my visit such a pleasant experience.
